My elderly parents went to see Jonathan and he took excellent care of them. This is the best cellular store in the state. My parents absolutely loved their experience.

Excellent experience in the store. I went to a corporate store and it was almost impossible to get what I needed done. All they wanted to do was sell me or upgrade me. Ended up going to the beebe store and was in and out and got done exactly what I needed done in less than 20 minutes!!

Excellent experience with Johnathan everytime we go to Beebe Verizon store. He is the best at what he does. I always wait for him if he is busy with someone else and has never failed to setup my phone's or fix a problem or issue I was having with my phone. He is the best.

Johnathan is amazing he went out of his way to insure my 12yo sister n laws phone was working before she caught her flight to flordia. We were in and out on no time!!! Great customer service!!!!

This Verizon store gave me the best experience! Jonathan was very helpful and friendly! I was finished in a timely manner. Jonathan set up my account, transferred all my content, kept my current number, put the accessories on for me, AND actually told me about all the fees and ways to save! There is a restroom & seating. The music 🎶 made the store have a very nice atmosphere!

I've Justin is always great when I go into the store. I love how he so patiently helps me with whatever problems I'm having with my phone. He is sooo good at his job and I'm always well pleased when I leave the store. Thank you!

My mom and I received the best customer service we have ever experienced from Leslie Addison and Jonathan Pennington. They are both highly knowledgeable and dedicated to their customers. Driving an hour to get there is worth it--we won't go anywhere else from now on!

I don't have an account with Verizon but I went in there to get a case and screen cover for my daughter's phone on Saturday and we were instantly greeted by several staff members but we ended up working with Jonathan Pennington and I have to say that his customer service skills are, hands down, top notch. He had a smile on his face, was very friendly, knew what it meant to up-sell without being pushy. I am impressed! It is nice to see customer service is still alive

Jonathan P was extremely helpful in assisting us choose the perfect phones and service plans to fit our needs. He and Joscelyn W went above and beyond assistance jumping through hurdles taking time to port our existing phone numbers in a most difficult process from another cell service provider. They both patiently and professionally endured the hour long process in accomplishing the task. Thank you both for your pleasant attitude and outstanding customer service. Justin is always a huge help to us. He is knowledgeable, patiently answers all of our questions, and makes sure we are all set up before we leave.

One little blonde girl I believe her name started with a J helped me so much and my mom. She took the time to help us even greeting other customers walking in she had great energy towards her job
