Great photographers, love their studio in downtown Elkhart. Fun people to work with, they made our photo session a blast and loved the images we had printed.

Went here a few minutes before closing because I needed 2 plain red shirts last minute. They didn't have any, as I was leaving a girl moving stuff in said to have a good night and I decided to ask if they happened to have any in the back. (I didn't want to be that person but I was a little desperate) she happily stopped what she was doing and checked for me. They didn't have any, but the great customer service is what mattered to me 😊

They carry the largest selection of candy supplies that I have ever seen. Their prices are lower than Amazon by two to three dollars per bag of melts alone. I love the sprinkle selections!!!

I ordered a custom frame from Vance in the framing department- he was amazing, got everything perfect and went through every detail, he knows his stuff. My mistake I ordered the wrong size but didn’t realize this until I got home (an hour away). I tried to call the store but their phone lines were down. Tried customer service- no help. I thought I was going to be out $300. Through a online survey Vance returned my call!! As I expected he was beyond helpful, helped me fix my error and reordered my gift. Thank you Vance! You are a pleasure to work with and I will definitely come back to you for any future business!! Thanks for saving Father’s Day! :-D

Had to return many wedding decor items when the wedding was canceled less than three weeks before the wedding date. The employees were friendly, understanding, caring, empathetic and it was truly no hassle returns on multiple occasions. I will definitely go back.
