AT&T Store

My saleswoman Claudia was wonderful! She helped me trade in my iPhone 12 Pro Max to the latest version (15 Pro max) & was so friendly & very efficient with AT&T customer services, overall 10/10 Customer Satisfaction For Sure.

Excellent service, minimal wait time , very friendly and definitely went out of their way to help! I will be returning to the store in the future for all my needs! 😀

Eric was professional, prompt and courteous! Got me in and out of there in less than 10 mins but it was efficient service I didn’t feel rushed!

Ereck greeted me upon entering the store and took care of everything I needed! He was very respectful, personable, and knowledgeable about everything that AT&T offered and how to upgrade my phone and save me some money! He was awesome!

Went to Miller Pkwy location & was given exemplary customer service by Mohamed! My mom is a senior citizen & was having trouble transferring service to her new phone. Mohamed was so patient, kind, helpful and informative! He really took time out to answer all my Mom’s questions (and mine) and made her feel good about using her upgraded iPhone 14 Pro Max! I’m so appreciative of the time Mohamed took with us, walking us through the process each step of the way! He even helped us clear and package the trade-in phone! I will definitely be back to see Mohamed personally to upgrade my iPhone when the 15 comes out!

I wish I could give this store and it’s crew 6 stars for how great and consistent their service is! Immediately when I arrived Jesus greeted me at the door. He and Brandon then did their absolute best and then some to help me handle the stressful phone situation I was in at the time and get it resolved to the best of their abilities. They did the absolute most to help resolve my problem and ease my tensions without missing a single beat. Flawless service all around for sure! Would return here again and again for all my AT&T needs.

The staff was absolutely amazing. They acknowledged me as soon as I went into the store. They helped me out with what I needed and was VERY patient with me!

My dad and I came in to the store and it was really good to see people that actually spoke Spanish! It made the transaction much easier ! And the best part I didn’t have to translate

I came in with a damaged phone that wouldn’t charge correctly, the store associate Jesus helped diagnose the issue and showed that a wireless charger would work. We then tested out several wireless chargers to see what would work best for me. 10/10 professional service

What a great store! Great service and they really know what they are talking about. They gave me free installation on my internet… not sure what that other guy was talking about I got two lines and internet for $167/Mo!!!

Myself and my sister from another mother visited recently, and Mr. Mo was fast and first to greet us with a huge smile under that mask. He’s simply might have been the best customer service representative in person or on the phone or online I’ve ever had. Extremely knowledgeable and overwhelmingly courteous and knowledgeable to our questions needs and wants. Mo guided us to the perfect plan, sold us without being aggressive, was funny, friendly and made us feel right at home.

The service was great! Moe informed us of the great deals that they had. He even helped us set up our phones and installed our screen protectors. He made conversation with us making the long wait fly by so quickly. I would definitely recommend this store to my family and friends! Thank you Moe for your great service!

I had a great experience. My phones charging port is clogged from debris, being out on a camping trip & I ran out of options at the moment so I went to my local at&t store. A young man was kind enough to allow me to leave my phone there and charge it on a wireless charger. I ended up buying one for less at a target, which didn't prevent him from helping me. 10 🌟 honest guy. Very genuine

The best experience every time I go or need something. Have been going for the last 4 years and Ive been dealing with Moe every time. Him and his staff do an amazing job of making sure to answer all my questions and help me with whatever I need.

The experience was great! Granted I went in on a Thursday (work day), it was surpriseD how fast I could get a phone. Brandan was very helpful and friendly. Aside from some of the tablets experiencing technical difficulties, the process was fast.

The staff there are great! Moe was exceptionally patient and thorough about explaining everything to me. They have great accessories deals. I didn’t know you could finance accessories until now!

Fernando was very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient when we came into his store. We upgraded two phones and switched 4 lines, but he made all his hard work seem effortless and answered every question we had very thoroughly. He went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied customers!! We couldn't have had a better experience!

Had a wonderful experience here switching from Google Fi to AT&T and upgrading to a Pixel 6 Pro. I did not catch the name of the store manager or associate who helped me but I can assure you, both the customer service and quality of experience were 10/10.

No pushing deals I wasn't interested on me, ensured I got the best deal, I'll be a customer here for a long time to come!
