I had a great experience there today. My headlight went out and I needed it replaced quickly. They had the part, and replaced the headlight bulb for free. The young man was very helpful and friendly. Thanks for the great service!

O'Reilly Auto is a great place! The store is always clean & well stocked. The guys, if they know you, will greet you by name with a smile! Carl, I've known for 30+ years & is one of the good ones!

The store associates are very helpful. Many are or have been mechanics so they know their stuff and can usually give some great advice if you are having car problems. Just ask! Also, I've found the prices at O'Reilly to be very competitive. Often you can have several options for parts and tools, but the guys/gals working can inform you whether or not you should pay more for the "better" part/tool.

Love this auto part store!! My only thing is I wish that they would come out with a mobile app!!

The employees at the river falls store are the best!! Always very helpful and willing to go the extra mile to have things available in a timely manner! Great service from a small town store!!

Knowledgeable, has mostly everything I needed in stock or could get in a reasonable amount of time.

We do our best to help the customers that come in. Needing parts for a vehicle can be stressful and frustrating. It can be frustrating for us as well. But at the end of the day we take care of the customer when ever possible. And that's what really matters

The guys at O'Reilly were great! They helped me find windshield Wipers and installed them for free!
