Best McDonalds food ever. Anytime I go on my break. fries are always crispy. Burgers are always fresh. Nuggets are always good drive-through or going inside.

Honestly best McDonalds in the area! The most friendly staff and have never had an order screwed up since we moved here.

went above and beyond for my order...I always get double quarter pounders plain but onions always end up on my sandwich somehow and I can't not eat onions makes me gag for some reason...the crew made sure not to put any onions on my order...awesome customer service

Typical McDonald's for menu & pricing. The staff was friendly. The food was fresh & hot & served promptly. Ample parking. It is one McDonald's that I do return to, on occasion.
PI enjoy stopping for a large iced coffee w/shots of Espresso. I have just the right amount of drive time to finish a Medium French Fries on the way home.

The cleanest McDonald's I've ever been to in my whole life. Loved this McDonald's the past couple years while living here in River Falls. My go-to for coffee on the go or right before road trips heading out of town.

Clean facility with fast service by friendly employees. Standard McDonald's menu & pricing. Ample parking. Two lanes for ordering, nice if you end up behind someone who takes their own good time to choose what they want & place their order.

The only mcdonalds I go to. Very rarely do they get my order wrong and staff are always very friendly. Other mcdonalds seem to never get my order right but this one is exceptional.

Coming from someone who has tried McDonalds in seven different countries, this McDonalds in little River Falls, WI has got to be one of the best! I have come here many times of the day, and each time has been amazing! The fries are always (and I mean always) hot and fresh! There have even been times when they were so busy and packed that the actual store owners have come to help out, and I feel like that already says a lot about how much they care about both their employees as well as their customers!

Great drive thru experience. Fast and fresh. Fries and special order burger were cooked clearly seconds before they were handed to me. The young ladies working the windows were very friendly and happy to help. A refreshing experience from my normal experiences at local McDonald's where I live in the Twin Cities. Nice work River Falls McD's!

The River Falls McDonalds is by far one of the cleanest and friendliest McDonalds that I have ever visited. The crew members were very respectful and showed excellent costumer service. I didn’t encounter a single issue. (If I had though, I would’ve reminded myself that the majority of their employees are high school and college students, young adults who are learning. I am just grateful for the kind service and friendly smiles.)

I only use the drive through. Staff is always friendly and speed of service is great.

This McDonald’s has the best customer service. Whoever is running this place knows what they’re doing. The workers are all extremely friendly and we’ve never had a bad experience in the 6 years we’ve been eating here.

I have to say that the people working here must not now what no onions are & they must have forgotten what a large fries look like very disappointed.

Always friendly, fast service. This is one of my favorite McDonalds, I feel appreciated for being their customer.

A huge shout out to Lori and Ethan for their help setting up and execution on feeding an out of town High School Girls Basketball Team. With just a few calls it went over flawlessly. Thanks again you were awesome!!!

The River Falls McDs has the freshest fries of any McDs we've been to. Clearly they change their oil more often than most, and this is a very busy McD's so other busy McDs should have the same standard as River Falls. Very friendly staff at this location as well. Wish McDs would bring back the Asian salad though.

So McDonalds is just a fast food place but this McDonalds is by far the nicest Mcdonalds in the entire country. They have wonderful landscaping, kind employees and a spotless clean restaurant. I have even seen them power washing the parking lot so that it is clean and well kept.

All the food I have had is the epitome of McDonalds standards. They drive through is lighting fast and have never gotten my order wrong. I know am gushing a bit but this McDonalds is worth it.

Edited March of 2017: Last year they did a really nice remodel which made this location even more pleasant to visit.

Nice / friendly staff and a clean restaraunt during my visit. Food was all freshly made (such as fries right out of the fryer). One if the better McDonald's I've been to.

Shout out to Ethan. Best Ethan I have ever met. And I’ve met a few. I aspire to be Ethan, and so should others people. I was having a terrible day until I heard Ethans voice over the drive thru speaker. Instantly, my day turned into the best damn day of my life. Give him a raise. Brother deserves it.
