I can understand the frustration of waiting in line, but I have also found that if you treat the Pharmacy employees with the same respect you expect for yourself, they are lovely, responsive individuals who go out of their way to be helpful. I have also seen crusty mean people treat them in a very hostile manner. As a customer you have to take some responsibility when you are taking a controlled substance and understand they don't hand it out without proper documentation.

This location is amazing. Pharmacy staff push hard to make the needs of their customers. Most of the time I go there customers are rude and demanding and dont have any patience. It's not a fast food place, and for a pharmacy that is the busiest in the district they do an outstanding job and are very kind and helpful.

I wanted to compliment Iqra, in the pharmacy department, for being so customer service oriented. I had a medication, that I had already purchased, for which I needed a discount. It was a complicated process in order for me to receive the discount, but she was patient and diligent in ensuring that she helped me. It required making phone calls to other team members in addition to other steps. She could have just said that since I had purchased the medication, there was no way to get me a discount after the fact, but instead she chose to go through the extra steps to assist me which I really appreciate!

I left Urgent Care prescribed antibiotics for a nasty sinus infection I've battled for the last 5 days. My head, throat, ears are in severe pain. Everything is throbbing and to make things harder, I missed my neuroanatomy exam (2nd yr physical therapy school).
It meant so much that when I got to this Walgreens, first the lady was so sweet and took her time telling me the meds weren't ready yet at the window. I said np, then came inside to get the decongestants prescribed.
The lady working behind the counter was so patient with me when I couldn't find the right nasal spray, and said, "no problem, I can help you!" and walked all the way out from the back to help me find it. Then I couldn't find the ear stuff, she came all the way back out again! and helped me find that and was so kind.
It meant so much to me after already feeling behind in school as well as severe pain.
I later bought orange juice from the guy at the front who was also so kind.
These people at this Walgreen's made such a positive impact in my life today, thanks to their kindness and care, thank you !

I had an amazing experience at the pharmacy here. Caitlin, the staff member who helped me, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She was able to update my record in just a few minutes after I had waited an hour just for staff to give up at another Walgreens store. I would absolutely recommend the pharmacy here!

Great staff don't overwhelm them or themselves they will overwhelm you. Just be nice to the old lady in the late evening shift. She's trying her best.

It was so nice to have a sales person in the cosmetics section. This Walgreens has the nicest most thorough and thoughtful sales person in the cosmetics section. She helped me look through the ingredients of many skincare products, search compareables and ratings, and much more! How I wish this intelligent and proactive lady was incharge of the covid tests!!

I have always had a great experience at the pharmacy with all the techs. These are difficult times. Keep up the good work!!

Pharmacist, Dr Patel, is one of the most amazing and kind humans I've encountered. She is truly a gem.

26 May 2016 - Most recent visit to this store. Went in looking for a specific product. After walking up and down several isles on my own looking for the product, I asked for assistance. Employee Mary went right to the section the item was and located it for me. She continued to search for any alternate brands of the item for me to choose from. Although I had found the item online for a lower price, I bought it from the store because we had an immediate need for it.
*Mary was friendly, helpful and cheerful. In the end, I departed with what I came in for and a "Red Nose" from a small donation to the cause.
*I have found what I've needed at this store each time I've come in looking. I have had to make a return for refund in the past and the management was helpful assisting me. I came away satisfied with the transaction. I would recommend this store location.
(Only 4 o/o 5 stars because I think the parking lot layout could be improved)
