Walgreens

I go to this Walgreens often because it’s close to home. I primarily use the pharmacy. The staff is friendly and I’ve never had any problems.

Absoluetly love this store and specific location. Always treated great and feel as if my buisness is appreciated. Donna has worked there forever and is a loyal hard working employee. Shes definitely an asset to the company. Treats people with respect and is kind.

Had to spend an unfortunate three hours at the pharmacy today because the american healthcare system is a wreck and insurance companies are the worst. The staff was super helpful though and explained everything to me very concisely. I'm glad to have access to these helpful personnell.

All the basics: from office supplies to personal care stuff. My favorite store in Winooski :) 😆😅

Often late to open and close down for a few days without reason. Other than that I don't mind the store and for everyone getting mad about the mask rule, go to a different store. Public safety is not a right.

Good location to run in run out

The pharmacy has always been helpful and solid customer service. No complaints there. However....
I recently chose to divert a package to this location as I was expecting a package that needed a signature and I was not sure if I would be home when it was delivered. When I asked for the package at the register, I was told it hadn't come in yet (I had just been notified by text that it had been delivered). She checked for the package and found it while going on about what materials they wouldn't be accepting for FedEx in the future. I explained this was a one-time thing for me, but she continued on about FedEx delivery restrictions. It seemed clear she was less than thrilled about having to go through the process of handing over a FedEx delivery (something that Walgreens advertises on their website). I would not select this store to have a package delivered to again. I just need my package, not a lecture.

A couple of friendly faces here not much else I can say

The pharmacy is great at the winooski location but I’m not very happy with the older lady’s at the register because they’re always so rude. The one with light short hair said she would slap my son if he was her son because he got excited about a toy he wanted and run up to it and he was just being a kid but did nothing to her.. I thought that was very unprofessional and uncalled for. They’re always rude when I go in and always snickering about something in front of the costumers.. I’ve seen them rude to others too. Also the same lady with short hair is always complaining about leaving and they always close 15 minutes early. I tried to go in on a Saturday at 5:45 to grab one thing and no one was there. The store hours say they close at 6 so it wasn’t supposed to be and the weather was fine. They always close early because it’s happened before. I just hope they get a new manager so things change because I don’t like going in there to even get my medication and even shop, I know many others feel the same. I would hate to have to pick up my meds somewhere else but it looks like that’s going to happen because nothing is being done about this and you’ve had complaints for years.

This store is a mess! Ther is no manager in the store, only 1-2 people working on any given day. Staff always seem stressed and over worked. Terribly understaffed. Does it really matter if this gets posted or not? No one ever does anything to change it. I miss rite aid 😪

I tried to have film developed here. After 15+ minutes of the employee looking for the price, she said "I can't be spending all day doing this". I asked if she could have someone call me with the cost before they did it. She said -I'd- need to write down that request on each of the four envelopes. I explained I can't leave my film with her if she can't even tell me the what it'd cost (and have her tell me she can't be bothered to find out), I took the film and walked out. Too bad all around.
