Shoe Carnival

Went in looking for a specific pair of shoes, my husband has gotten them here before. They had them and we asked if they had them in his size. The young man who waited on us said they didn’t, but we could order them online. We told him we didn’t have a computer and he ordered them for us and asked if we would like them delivered to our house or if we would like to pick them up at the store. We were in and out in 15 minutes and got the shoes a couple of days later. He was very friendly, courteous and helpful and got us exactly what we needed

David was exceptionally helpful. Offered to order boots for me if i couldnt find the color I liked in store. I never leave reviews but the kindness and patience displayed by David was in stark contrast to most customer service provided by almost everyone else in pigeon forge. Lived here for 6 years and everyone is always so short tempered and rude it’s almost unbelievable

The customer service here was amazing! I have difficulty finding shoes that fit comfortably and they didn’t stop until they found the perfect shoe for me. David was especially helpful with his suggestions. I would go back to this store because of my experience there.

Come here on vacation specifically to get tennis shoes for work. I always walk away with 2-3 pair of very comfy name brand shoes.

1st time in one of these store.. pretty cool. Great prices and VERY helpful staff! Didn't find what I was looking for but will keep these stores in mind when I need to look again.

Shoe Carnival of Sevierville/Pigeon Forge was very clean and friendly store. I havent been to one since the 90s in Evansville Indiana but it brought back great childhood memories going into this one! My wife is a host at a very upscale restaurant and we were able to find the perfect shoes at great prices!

I wear a size 14 shoe which is normally hard to find. Gary helped me find 2 awesome pairs in my size and even found me an additional discount. Im really happy w my purchase and the service was excellent. I will be a repeat customer thanks to Gary

My go to place for top brand name shoes at a great price. Remember to check the clearance wall at the back for really good deals.

The customer service representatives are wonderful, The management is always working on the floor with the others a certain manager Tosha was the best time I had ever had trying on and finding shoes she used all her measurement tools and made sure I had the right size I had been wearing the wrong size but thanks to tosha going out of her way I and now my children and husband walk around perfectly comfortable in the right shoes

The only disappointment was that that store didnt carry my son's chosen brand in-store. So if u want Van's from this store, you either have to find them in another store or order online.
