Emily has gone above and beyond twice while I was picking up meds. Superb customer service, friendly, and very nice.

Always in stock, friendly service. Sometimes it takes a while to get through the check out line, they let it get 4-5 people deep before calling for another cashier.

Updating review 12/9 from 4 to 5 stars. I go in there 3-4 times a week since I work close by and I can get in and out really fast these days. Staffing has improved a lot and their cashiers are really friendly.

While I was waiting for my prescription to be completed, a kind young man from the pharmacy showed me where to find the Poligrip on the shelves. He made sure I left satisfied, and so did the rest of the Pharmacy staff.

Very awesome for using my united healthcare over the counter card my only problem is they're so popular by the time I get there the other people pretty much clear out the shelf but it is always worth the time to go there.

Christy Sudekum the pharmacist was wonderful and went out of her way to accommodate my needs. What an asset to your pharmacy!

Always very nice, know me by name, answer all questions...work with me...no problem.

Just wanted to give this pharmacy a good review. We are from Austin and recently moved to the area and the service at this pharmacy has been good over all. We've witnessed over worked staff and for their sake I wished Walgreens would add more staff at all their locations. Keep up the good work.

Its a good drug store but I think if they added 1 or 2 electric carts it would really help the customers. I think all drug stores should have them.

Walgreens has always been great but today when I called from a urgent care clinic to cancel a RX just before they closed. someone answered and then hung up on me. then when I tried to call back the automated system said they were closed. I totally understand wanting to go home on time but my reason for calling was simple! I was just trying to help the pharmacy out by not wasting time on filling a RX when I need to Cancel it :) Thanks

Waited on hold and was hung up on. Called again and waited for 10+ minutes to speak to anyone regarding whether or not the item that was supposed to have been ordered had arrived. It did not, and I was told to just look for it myself elsewhere. This item is just an inhaler spacer and should be used standardly. It should not be hard to find, but now I have had to wait for 12+ hours to begin taking the medicine I was supposed to begin yesterday. Walgreens will be a last resort for me in the future.

Prescriptions usually late even when calling in advance the night before. Avoid during peak hours if possible.

Used bathroom after getting meds. Very dirty considering it is a drug store during covid!!!

Does not carry travel sized products in a TOURIST location.
