AT&T Store

Eric, the manager, fixed my issue in minutes when I spent 2 hrs talking to 3 tech support mangers on the phone prior to going into the Port Lavaca store. I didn't catch the ladies name who welcomed me but she was very friendly and assured me that they could help me!!!! THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!!!!

Eric Helped me after a horrific experience in Victoria. He was fast to resolve my issues and was very friendly.

I’ve had nothing but great support at Port Lavaca AT&T. I had to change 2 phone lines from existing plans to a new plan and add a tablet line. Eric, Jose, and Jade have all been incredibly helpful in the process.

Thank you so much to Jose and Eric for all your help over the past week getting the business lines transferred and set up - I’ve made more than one appearance lately and they’ve been nothing but helpful every time.

Unfortunately, a call into customer service on my end resulted in the agent I spoke with canceling my tablet line and making my sim inactive. Jade was so quick to help me figure out the problem and get it fixed.

Jade was so helpful in helping us get my grandparents’ service transferred. She got us a really good, clear, line-by-line quote for services that we were able to discuss with them at home before bringing them back in and she walked them step by step through the transfer process. Just really great!

I wanted to say a big thank you to Jeremiah for helping me get my plan back from prepaid. The manager and all the staff were wonderful and I really liked all the deals they shared with me! Eric Herrera (manager) and his staff were superior! Their work ethic was very professional and helpful.

Quality service, very knowledgeable staff and always get my questions answered. May I also add that Eric is very exceptional at math, I can testify that he used to always get As in math in high school and was always selected as best student of the year. He can get your billing questions answered with no problem using his math whiz skills!

The manager Jose Acosta is the one who assisted me and was very knowledgeable about the products and services provided by AT&T. All staff quickly greeted me as well as any other customers that entered the store with a smile and positive attitudes.

Came to store to check my phone. I was having trouble with the general service with my phone. I talked with the manager José and he talked to me and convinced me to get a new phone and a new iPad and get them all set up. I feel like that anytime I have a problem I can go in and they will take care of it. I would rated as outstanding service. I feel comfortable coming in anytime and know that it will be taken care of.

I always have a Great experience. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and patience. I highly recommend this AT&T store if you are in Calhoun County. Keep it the wonderful service.

I go in to the Port La Vaca store frequently.
Too either pay a bill or just to browse.
I decided to put in a review because of Jose.
He's a young guy who I can tell actually cares about his job.
He is always helpful, and somehow is always in a good mood lol which must be hard.
He's got a brilliant mind!
