Patrick and Luis are INCREDIBLE! I walked in 20 minutes before closing and they stayed 30 minutes after to make sure I was taken care of and everything worked properly. I can't say enough good things about these guys and this store! Thank you!!

Luis stepped up and offered additional service for me while my girlfriend was updating her phone. His above and beyond service meant a lot to me. I hope management will recognize him.

Christine is an absolute Rockstar! She helped me in finding the most cost efficient way to upgrade my phone that was plaguing me with issues, which would be deserving of a rave review in and of itself. But It gets better! Throughout the process she used her EXPERT advisory skills to also lower my phone bill! Christine is a true professional! She is also pretty and smells nice! I want to sincerely Thank you Christine for your help, keep being awesome!

Luis — was my salesperson who has the patience of a saint in that he answered All my concerns, questions and helped me with everything involved with purchasing a new phone! I will be sure to recommend this location and him to my friends! Thank goodness he is so knowledgeable!

Just went in to upgrade my phone. I went in knowing that it would be busy with the weekend, but was pleasantly surprised by how fast and efficient the workers were. I was helped by Mrs. Christine and could not have had a better experience. She clearly explained the multiple options I would have for my upgrade and went into detail on how each different option would reflect on our bill. I was in and out during the weekend rush, and would definitely recommend this location, especially Mrs. Christine to anyone. I cannot stress how much easier this made my weekend, and really appreciate the quality customer service that Mrs. Christine showed and continues to provide.

Alec made sure I was satisfied with my purchase and also went out of his way to ensure I was understanding the process. I recently went to a Verizon store in my neighborhood and met the most helpful, sincere and knowledgeable sales person ever. Her name was Christine Devera. By the end of the process, I felt like she was a sister helping my parents out. Best sales experience I have ever had. :)

Just.had a great experience at your Lenexa Verizon store. I was helped by a Christine Devera who was very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. I had no intention of upgrading my phone entering the store, but she convinced me after filling me in on all the details.

I just had the BEST experience at the Verizon store in Lenexa. Mike helped me with the purchase of a new Google Pixel Watch. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Love this location and staff! Walked in recently with a few issues on my device, and Mike had me out of there and back on my way in about 10 minutes!

I figured it was going to take a couple hours to get it all sorted — but Mike met me with a smile, assessed the situation and knew exactly what to do. I enjoyed chatting with him about the Chiefs too.

I’ll definitely be back to see him when I’m ready to upgrade!
