Went in today to get Mario Kart and I also had some questions about the Switch. Meaghann was super helpful. She gave me a lot of tips, answered all of my questions, printed out a list of upcoming games so I can look at trailers AND she even wrote down a few of her favorites. Amazing customer service, genuinely nice and informative.

Customer service was excellent. Please let Christopher know to keep it up he really knows his job n gave me so great information about a game as well.

Very good service, good prices

Currently in shock, ordered a Funko Pop to be delivered to my house. The wrong one came in. I asked that if another came in to call me. Didn't think that was actually going to happen. Received a call from Danh (618264 number next to is name on the receipt) and he called me to let me know they had one! What makes this 5 stars is that he doesn't work at this location. He works at a GameStop 14 miles away and reached out when he didn't have to. I appreciate this so much, thank you.

Best game stop ever. They do their best to accommodate you, even for OTHER stores' mistakes. (Like not selling a game system at the proper sale price.

They want to talk with you about games and each representative has a different gaming habit. Managers here are great!

I often call before going and can't recall a time they haven't answered so not sure what the other reviewers are talking about.

Laisa has to be one of the friendliest ppl I’ve met. Professional and polite during this hectic holiday season. She’ll answer any questions while multitasking. She on her game.

We walked in & immediately greeted by the young lady who was working. She helped find the game my grandson was looking for. & helped get his discounts

It's unfortunate that the people at this store are so nice and helpful, because I still don't recommend people shop at this or any gamestop because they are such an awful company that cares about neither their own frontline employees who make them money nor their customers who give them money. They are a sinking ship that is going the way of blockbuster.

5 stars because the employees are actually great and I wouldn't punish them for what corporate does.

I had so many questions for David that must have been obvious to him but he treated me with respect and answered everything that I threw out at him. Great place to get your gaming needs answered and filled.

Great very friendly staff. They know what they are talking about when it comes to games. Many GameStops I've been to don't have very competent staff but the staff at this location is excellent and are very passionate about games.

Great store! I bough a Switch as a Christmas present, and the salesman was helpful and knowledgeable, and showed me the differences between different versions etc.
