They are very polite they always are very informative on their products they always have what I need and if they don't they let me know when they get it in or if they can get it and they always get back with me they are under new management it is call Matii Beauty Supply not Essence anymore

Yeah I know about this beauty shop that my mom love going to that day I had took my mom's to get some things for herself at this Beauty Supply what I know about this Beauty Supply the service is very excellent there and very friendly to their customers so whatever makes my mother happy makes me happy because she's doing to me. Since she's an older lady now I drive for her time to time she need to go out and do what's necessary for her she will return at this Beauty Supply shop :-)

This store never fails me. I needed a particular brand of hair and went to the large Hair store off Frankford and Josey and was disappointed. The folks here are so friendly and the music is good too! Their section cannot be beat!

I like going to this beauty store..I always find what I need and I like their prices

I gave them five stars because they play gospel music and very rarely you go into a store and find that they're playing off the music

So far I have no complaints the lady was very helpful and their prices are not bad
