AT&T Store

I had the pleasure of interacting with Ruby, and I must say, her professionalism and expertise were exceptional. Ruby went above and beyond to address my concerns, demonstrating a deep knowledge of the products and services. Her patience and clear communication made the entire experience enjoyable. Kudos to Ruby for delivering outstanding customer service!

AT&T has put customer service in the top 10. I just couldn't get my phone to work and I had Ms.Erika Valles and Aron. They were just the greatest. I will be with AT&T for good. I've not had this type of great service in a long time. I'm extremely happy. I know if I have any problems they are here. Thanks so very much.

Aron Gamboa made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer. I came in with no Hope of getting my replacement phone activated, 3 other techs plus the Asurion expert who did his best to help me with no success. Due to my line being under my mother in law’s account and me not being an authorized user I had to jump through hoops!!! Had to come in to an AT&T store due to my mother in law’s request! I prayed that someone at the store would be able to help me since I’m traveling alone with my two children from California to Texas. I was dreading to go back home without my cellphone working. Aron has excellent customer service and very knowledgeable. Thanks to Aron’s determination to help me, I am able to get back on the road with peace of mind knowing that I can call for help if needed. Thank you Aron and AT&T for your excellent service!!! So very Grateful!!! If you need help please come to the AT&T located in Las Palmas Market place and ask for Aron You will not be disappointed!! Everyone worked together as a team in this office.

I went in to buy a new phone. The AT&T employees were very courteous and professional. They helped me set up my phone. I'm very happy with the service and my new AT&T note 20. There was no wait time and i was out of the store fast.

All staff at George Dieter location was amazing. I had been having an issue with my phone for about a week. I went to several locations, called customer care, was sent to Asurrion, and no one could solve my issue. Although I ended up losing my cellphone line that I had for 20+ years, they were able to figure out that it was my phone line with the issue. I got a new phone number, and my service has been working fine. I truly appreciate all staff and management at George Dieter location for attempting and finding a solution when everyone else decided to turn their back on me. They are the true meaning of "Team Work" & know how to keep the client satisfied. Special thanks to Joram, Fernando, Rubi, Esme, Fernie and Albert. God Bless you all & keep doing a great job. I appreciate you all.

Aron has helped me a couple of time from resolving issues with my bill to filing an insurance claim to getting me into a new phone. Has always been super helpful and attentive.

Employees at this AT&T store go above and beyond to provide great customer service. My elderly parents were needing help with their phone and one of the AT&T reps (Elsa Chavez) went out to the car and helped them with their issue. Amazing and unprecedented. I am so grateful because my parents struggle with mobility issues. My mom is in a wheelchair and it takes a while for my dad to get her in and out of car so the fact that this young lady went out of her way to assist them while they remained in the car will be something I will always be grateful for. Thank you! Excellent customer care.

Called AT&T was on the phone for 45 min no solution went to a store couldn’t fix my problem went in to this store and talked to Esmeralda!!! I was problem solved under 5 min she is very knowledgeable and great service!

I was having the hardest time switching my service to FirstNet. I called both ATT and FirstNet customer service multiple times, spending an hour or two on the phone each time and was still unable to get this done. Being that the nearest ATT store is over an hour away, I was extremely frustrated. I went into this store at my wit’s end but I left happy! Erika(manager), Amanda and Ruby were so insanely helpful. I appreciated their patience and diligence. Hands down the best customer experience I’ve had with ATT!

I had multiple requests of AT&T and I’m glad sales rep. Ernie was our agent. He was very patient with all our requests and was able to provide us with the best options that fit our family. We were a bit hesitant to try AT&T TV but once we installed it and saw how easy it was…plus great quality picture…we highly recommended it!

Always a pleasure to walk into the George Dieter Store. Always welcomed by management. Was assisted by manager Albert, inquired what were my needs and why I was at the store. Was able to direct me to rep Elsa who was ready to assist me. Elsa took all proper steps to maintain social distancing and get me in and out of the store. Great customer service, thank you for everything

I visited this store after an unsuccessful attempt for assistance in upgrading one of our phones in another location. This location was much more helpful and helped me find ways to keep the cost of my bill more or less the same. Ernie was friendly, knowledgeable, and very willing to assist with all my questions and concerns. We left with a brand new phone for my daughter and a very reasonable phone bill.

Excellent customer service! I had been having issues with my phone provider so decided to make the switch to AT&T. Omar H helped me with everything I needed and made the transition easy and painless. Answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable about the products, truly amazing customer service.

I will say this store deserve 5 stars at this point. Thank you so much to Blanca Diego the sales associate that took her time helping me exchange a wrong device that took hours to do that the other store on George Dieter sent me to because they didn’t want to take care of me. The Manager Edgar spoke to me over the phone and heard how angry and upset i was because of my last experience with the 1895 location in which i spoke with the rudest person ever by the name of Kim there who told me i needed to come to this store because she couldn’t help me with an restock fee and to exchange out the wrong phone i ordered , she wouldn’t help me she just told me if you want that done go to the other at&t store ( by the way i left them a pretty lengthy review because she was disgusting) however the manager here by the name of Edgar and Miss Blanca did an excellent job with satisfying an upset customer , Blanca was so patient and so nice the whole time. The way customer service should be like every time no matter if you are going in to make a purchase or to get a credit. So thank you guys so much. I am making this store my permanent store i will be going too. Blanca again girl you did your thing and you are so patient ! Thank you so much for listening to your customers and taking care of your customers the best way you did . Edgar same to you!

Wonderful experience with Jessica, you were on the phone dealing with an issue for me with loyalty and in the end you didn’t even need them. And Raquel thank you for answering any questions I had while Jessica was on the phone fixing my issues. Both of you ladies are amazing 😁!

My experience at the AT&T store was made enjoyable do to the cooperation of the management team. Manager Oscar and three team members to include Ernesto, Robert, and Albert. In regards to the purchase of new iPhone and Samsung. I was also assisted on the new AT&T TV streaming service because of the expertise provided, my visit was most enjoyable and satisfying. I highly commend the expertise and professionalism!

Jessica, and Rachel both did everything in their power to make sure that my issue was resolved. Both of these ladies had an amazing attitude and work ethic. I will continue to come to this store because of them :)!!!!

Excellent!!!! I can’t thank Ernie Barraza enough for his assistance and knowledge with the purchase of Att TV and phone service for my elderly parent. Ernie had made this process very easy, and Ernie was very patient, cordial and professional...Thank you Ernie.
I also would like to thank Albert..the store manager on his professionalism who went out of his way to make us feel appreciated while visiting his store...In todays retail culture, its not every day that a store manager takes the time to personally thank you on returning to his store to conclude business.
