Very good experience, they carry every new candy/chocolates which are introduced in the market. Good donut selection too. Would definitely stop by again.

Nightime clerk always trys to steal my cash app money from paper deposits. Trys to play it off like he doesn't know what he's doing, but would management leave an unexperienced person alone on the night shift!

I'm kinda a 7-11 condenser. I love slurpee. So I've been to a lot of 7-11s. To have to best experiance at a 7-11 in general don't use their public bathroom, ever. Lastly, know what you want before you go into the store. With that being said, I haven't ever had a problem with this 7-11.

This one was my one of the best 7 elevens to go to. But now it’s dirty all time, every time I go hardly have their coffee machine filled, slushy machines nasty, sticky thx to lazy people who make the mess too, mornings long lines it’s gone down.

I stopped at the 7 eleven off Pecos St & 72nd Ave quick to cash in a scratch off winner and to grab a few other miscellaneous items. The entire time I was in the store the man working at the register was constantly sucking his snot pretty loud too and spitting it in a (I think …trash can?)behind the register as well as burping loud enough to where I could hear it clear across the store. Then I get to the register to purchase my items and he must of been wearing ear buds because he was talking in another language and after scanning my items he didn’t tell me the total, he didn’t ask if I wanted to enter my phone number for my rewards, and then it asked if I wanted to save $1 or pay full price because I just went ahead and put my phone number in quickly and he asked if I wanted a bag and I said yes please because I had quite a few things and he of course had to put in the .10 for the bag which cleared out the screen that was asking if I wanted to save $1 or pay full price!? That man was very rude and I’m sorry but it’s a known fact that when you work a customer service job you should be giving your customers your undivided attention, not talking to someone on the phone. And the fact that he didn’t tell whoever he was talking to, to hold on so that he could help a customer just shows he doesn’t care and is only there to have private phone conversations and get paid! SMH! I may have to stop going to all 7 eleven gas stations because this seems to be a thing at quite a few of these particular gas stations. People of another nationality possibly Arabic talking in their language on the phone while they have customers to be rang up. The disrespect doesn’t get any worse than that. I’ll take my business elsewhere, where the cashiers actually engage with the customers and say thank you unlike all of these 7 eleven gas stations/convenience stores. If your someone that’s big on customer service and being treated like a paying customer I would recommend you not go to this location or any of them!

This store sells extremely expired product. After purchasing a creamer almost leaving the parking lot I noticed that the creamer was expired since February. The cashier wouldn't believe me and told him it's now July after I have him back the expired creamer and asked if could exchange it. He wasn't very pleasant and very rude. I will not waste my time or money here at this location.

NOT 24-7. Closes daily, whenever they feel like it. Fails to provide bathroom. Smells bad. Poor donut selection, both prepackaged and "fresh." Failed to honor earned and documented 7-11 rewards prize. Should do the brand a favor and make stay closed permanently.

I believe Hispanic male without wearing uniform asked me to wear mask as I walked in , I went back to my car to put mask on, few seconds later I come back and the same guy put his mask down to which I mentioned that he should wear mask himself if asks people to wear , his ego couldn’t handle that he was wrong so he got aggressive and got in my face with I refuse service without really having a reason to refuse, but that’s okay, in future I know what 7/11 to avoid. Hopefully he will understand eventually where he was wrong.Happened on 12/2/21 around 5:30pm

Well! Congrats to the 7-11 at 7211 Pecos St. Westminster, CO. You did what I didnt think was possible. You win the "RUDEST 7-11 EMPLOYEE EVER" award. (Add a twist of scary-turned to humor. I fell out laughing after about 30 seconds because it was the short fat middle-aged Hispanic DUDE (not sure if he was a REAL.employee or just some transient who comes in to sweep the floors for a free hot dog or pizza slice). Who, or WHATEVER he is, the management should keep him leashed because he's DEFINITELY bad for business. In a nutshell, I went there to buy a cup.of coffee around 4:30pm on 2/18/22. I put a couple cream packets in the coffee. I also took a few cream packets in case I needed it later (to prevent acid stomach). With one exception, employees don't have a problem with that as long as you make a purchase. (Which I intended to do). First off, a younger Hispanic male made a bee line towards me and said "You can't take that". Not wanting to argue, I said fine and I put the 2 or 3 cream packs back. I thought it was petty but, I just rolled my eyes and complied. That was all that was necessary. No sooner had I put the cream packs back in their respective place when like a rabid dog out of nowhere jumps this middle aged male, waiving his arms, jumping up and down, and cursing g at me in Spanish. I all I could do was look in shock. The unleashed male, then managed to say "Leave the coffee and get out of store". I told the younger guy, "If he I insists I leave right this second, and won't let me pay for my coffee, I'm taking the coffee with me. It's your call. I'm happy to pay for it but I really don't need to listen to THAT over a couple of tiny cream packs for crying g out loud. The younger guy managed to call off the unleashed male. I paid for my coffee and left. On my way out, I suggested the unleashed male be kept on a leash because that someone who's toxic to that degree is DEFINITELY BAD for ANY business. I wrote this lengthy review because I wish to clarify what transpired on that day and to call that type of HORRENDOUS customer to the store manager's attention. If the store manager was the cashier that day (God FORBID), he's NOWHERE NEAR READY for a managerial position, ANYWHERE. Not only does he lack experience, he needs more training in the interpersonmal relations. It would help immensely to make an effort to be friendly and to not be so stingy and uptight over something that doesn't cost more than 5c. Really? I then wish to call to the General or regional manager. No ONE should have to deal with what I endured on Friday, 2/18/22. That's just beyond unacceptable. I strongly suggest that upper management reviews the video footage of what transpired. This happened on Friday 2/18 around 415-430pm or within that time frame. I'm a middle aged caucasian female, short stocky (not obese) build with.med brown hair. I wore a black leather jacket and dark pants.
Congrats, guys. You out did the 7-11 located at 495 Sheridan blvd, Lakewood CO. You clearly win the RUDEST 7-11 EMPLOYEES EVER" award, hands down. Based on the other reviews, my assessment appears to be spot on.
