what incredible costumer service!!!they have here .

My gf went in looking for mazapanes and she couldn’t find mazapanes. One of the little girl employees saw that she couldn’t find them and when my gf found the mazapanes said “ por pendeja “. I called the manager back to let him know that I didn’t appreciate his employees disrespecting my gf. I was LIVID. Idk if it was discrimination for the way she looks or simply that their employee is rude and doesn’t have manners. The manager had the audacity to defend her. Horrible customer service DO NOT GO HERE

Some stuff you got there. Keep on hiring the ones who don’t get off the cell phone and sit there acting like their parents on the place. Gloria has zero customer service, in fact could even justify why they messed up my purchase and when confronted she did give me gas nor my money back. I’ll be filing with the BBB and the merchant complaint to Visa and Mastercard.
