Absolutely above and beyond service from Mercedes and the morning crew.

I ordered a Bacon Egg and Cheese sandwich on a plain glazed donut and it was a struggle at first to find the way to ring it in but they made it happen, with a smile on their face, and laughter from all of us. This is exactly everything I’ve ever expected from customer service and then some. A huge thank you to Mercedes and the morning crew of this store

I've never had a bad experience during my morning stop. The drive thru is fast and the employees are always friendly. I truly believe they do the best they can with minimal staffing. Shame on the corporate office for pushing them so hard!

Love this place, love the employee's and of course love the coffee!!! No matter what shift I am treated to smiling employee's who genuinely care about their customers! When ever I have encounter problems with coffees or food they are quick to make it right and almost always offer a discount or return of money!

Hot coffee and a donut stick keep me motoring down the road.

The workers are beyond helpful here. They were so nice to the people I support. They were patient. They all deserve raises.

Absolutely love this Dunkin! The manager Brittany is quick to fix or address any issues. The girls have my beverage made by time I get to the counter and it's always right!

I visit this Dunkin donuts whenever I visit my family in Maine. I have never come away from there being dissatisfied with the food or the service. However there is one person who really stands out. Her name is Leanna. She goes above and beyond in making a person's visit special along with donuts and coffee and juice. She serves up a big smile and any help you may need. For me it was help with my Dunkin donuts app, explaining what I need it to do because I had a new phone. To her, customers seemed to be more than a source to her paycheck. She sees the person. You can't have even a Dunkin donuts type conversation with Leanna and go away grumpy at all. She puts a smile on every face.

Friendly team and fast service! They don’t keep the drive thru waiting (even if the line is wrapped around the building.)

Frozen drinks made perfect except I wanted caramel and it wasn't added in my drink. Workers need to pay attention with order taking

I personally love this Dunkin' Donuts. I go to it every morning Monday through Friday and their customer service is excellent. If they make a mistake they will throw in a couple of donut holes to make up for it.

Just as good as the one in Saco, so I'm ecstatic!!! They've certainly come a long way! VERY happy!!! 😊
