Merry Christmas!! Josh was absolutely instrumental in making our son’s Christmas. He helped us understand what we were buying, because we don’t know. He asked us to explain who our son is. That led to an absolute truth telling of a C.I. young man who we cherish.
We ultimately bought and spent more than we planned, not because Josh pushed us, it was my idea actually, and Josh made perfect sense of our purchases. $500.00 later, made for a PRICELESS Christmas for our boy.
There is no better gift than giving, and if it wasn’t for Josh, this morning of Christmas would never had been so joyous. What a great feeling it is to give. THANK YOU JOSH, SO MUCH. You made our family Christmas!!!!

Ron was super cool. We had a great, friendly discussion, he was super helpful and informative. The store wasn't busy, so we had good laughs. When we came back to trade in games for a new one, it was Keighan who helped us, although it was busy that day, he was super nice and helpful also.

The person working was really helpful. He greeted us when we walking in, and answered all of our questions. He had us out and on the way home very quickly, but we did not feel rushed at all.

Thank you for treating me as well as you did. The customer service was stellar. It was extremely warm, kind and sincere. I would go to this location just because employee Christian was so beyond super cool to me. I'm a veteran and have good judge of character. A million "Thank Yous."

Wow! The staff here is out of this world. They love their job, and you can tell. As soon as you walk in, the team is cheerful, friendly, talkative(in a good way), and helpful. I swear other GameStop aren’t as good as this one. I would highly recommend this one.

I have been to this game stop for at least 3 years. The staff is amazing. They are all nice and great to talk to. Their customer service is exceptional. This is one of the best game stops I have ever been to. If there ever comes a day where I moved far away from this particular game stop, no matter what the distance I will come to this game stop only.

At first I was going to give the store a 2 rating. But because they resolved my issue I'm a great manner I will give them a 5. Thank you to the assistant manager that helped me this morning on fixing the issue I had with a Nintendo switch I purchased.

As a non-gamer, there wasn't very much there that interested me. But I'm not completely oblivious to the fact that the PS5 is in high demand but difficult to find a retailer who has it in stock. and it should be known that they do sell it here in stock. I also learned that they buy your old cell phones at a very reasonable buyback price. I'm also a little onsessed with those Funko Pop figurines, and hey going through each and every box to find what I'm looking for. theirs are perfectly organized, alphabetized and numbered which I also like. And my boyfriend got his PS5. So all around yay.

They have all the games. I nerd out so hard when I'm in there! Also the customer service is GREAT I loved the employees in there. I felt at home, they even looked up God of war for me when I couldn't find it on the wall. The cute Lil toys & the playable Nintendo were nice I can't wait to take more of my family.

Louis was so helpful I walked in there with a returned item which I had warranty on he was willing to help me find best headset for my Xbox as well as making a one time change headset purchase, this place is well recommended.

I love how GameStop can still bring out the kid in me after all these years. I ordered a headset online on their website because they were running a sale, got a $99 headset for $75 (Steel series Arctis 5), selected in-store pickup. No issues at all.

Plus, on my way there I stopped at a coinstar to change in a bunch if loose change. Did you know you can select an eGift Card for GameStop at coinstar? There's no fees for an eGift Card, either. So every cent that goes in can be spent at the store right away.

So naturally I walked out with the headset I ordered and a brand new controller for my Xbox One.

The staff were really pleasant, too. Lou handled my transaction, and he was training a new staff member. He was explaining everything very well to his trainee as he handled my purchase and we all had a nice little chat.

Great Customer Service! Was given a $5 off Coupon with my NBA 2K22 pre-order because the Basketball with it was delayed and I didn't even know it came with the game so it's a win-win

I had purchased a console from a different location, took it home to find that my games weren't working on my system. They were super helpful in assisting with switching out games purchased from them in order to play. They were all super nice and exceptional when I had additional issues in the future with a used game purchase. They were awesome about everything.

I really love this GameStop. The employees are always super helpful and cheerful. They may be a bit further from home for me but it's worth the drive for the experience they give

Thank you to the staff who operated this GameStop on the day my family visited. They were very accommodating to my children who wanted to look and ask questions and also to my daughter and wife who counted out her change to buy a couple of plushies.
