I just had was is positively the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my lifetime. My cousin walked in at 11:45 they close at 12:00 so we were just going in grabbing what we need and getting out. My cousin picked a phone charger off of the spinning display and then we went to head back to the drink coolers. We went down one isle and saw an employee mopping so we decided to head down the next one. When we went to turn the corner we heard the employee call out "what are you guys getting?" We turned around and just simply replied "Oh nothing specific" this is when she got confrontational saying things like "Then why are you even back here" and "Can you not walk over everything I've just mopped" even though she had mopped the entire drink area. We were dumbfounded and didn't even know how to respond. She was extremely rude and it was clear that she didn't want us there. We felt uncomfortable and angry because we were simply just trying to look at the drinks. We didn't intend to spend all night there. The ONLY thing that made this experience slightly better was Giana the nice cashier who obviously was very embarrassed. I do not intend to come back to this store for a very long time because it's obvious they don't care about their customers.
