What a great place. First time here with a friend. We learned about the background while there. Inclusion! Had a couple of drinks, including my favorite, London Fog Latte. They got it just right.

Also found that they offered flights of the specialty drinks. That is an ingenious idea. I have seen all types of beverage flights, usually of the alcohol version (beers, bourbons, etc), but never coffees or lattes. Super cool idea!

The day we were there they had some items for sale, that were produced by the exceptional staff. Got a box of postcards. Lovely.

It's a ways from my home, but I will make a point to stop in next time we are in the area.

Amazing food, coffee and service!! We did dine in, and got the fall coffee flight. All 4 drinks in the flight were delicious, and we both agreed the pumpkin chai was the best. We also got the bbq chicken and the chicken pesto paninis. Both were fantastic and the pesto was one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had! Nathan was our server, he was very nice and attentive. We will be back soon!

We lucked out when our local 'favorite' coffee shop wasn't able to serve food this morning. We now have another favorite to add to our list! We didn't ask from where their coffee was sourced, but it was some of the best we've ever had. I've always preferred plenty of cream in mine, but it smelled so good I drank it all without much cream at all!! What a great 'find!' The people, coffee, food, atmosphere all made this place a must go-to in the future. All this & yet they top it off with kind, fully capable staff that includes people with all abilities. Can't wait to go back!

Perhaps a bit loud on the inside when there's a jazz group performing, but worth a visit for their flights.

Great coffee but also great food options. The environment is really friendly and the staff were helpful and nice. The coffee had a great taste and was very smooth. They also gladly employ people with disabilities here. I hope this business succeeds here and gives people with disabilities a chance to work. New business out here too, so support this place and get some great coffee and food.

What an awesome idea, great place and best of all workers with special abilities. I have a son with Downs and it would be awesome if the Rockford IL area had such a place.

We've only heard AMAZING things about Inclusion!! We finally were able to come experience it ourselves! Everyone was super warm and inviting especially Emma Rose😍! They also gave us coffee recommendations. We've had almost all of the Special Fall Coffees! They were ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!! We'd HIGHLY RECOMMEND Inclusion!!

My family and I stopped in for coffee. My husband saw they were prepping for coffee flights and they were kind enough to let us try them early. Each of the drinks were really good and the staff were all very nice. I would definitely come back.

I had one of the best breakfast burritos I have ever eaten this morning. Staff is absolutely wonderful and always smiling. Highly recommend supporting this business and their mission!

Delicious panini’s and very friendly and helpful staff! This place definitely exceeded my expectations on the food quality and flavors. The bread was on point and everything came out hot! I will definitely be returning and recommending this place to others.

I really like the inclusion philosophy. Besides a cappuccino, I also picked up a ready to bake pizza made by Brock that we had for supper.

The staff was beyond friendly and welcoming. The food was exceptional! If I could give you all 10 stars I would. I did it all through the convenience of their drive-thru. There is nothing like this is Lake Country! ❤

I've been there twice with a good chai latte my main goal. Both times they were fantastic! Perfect blend of each ingredient. Great, smiling staff as well! I definitely will continue to drive out of my way to stop there when the hankering arises.

I had the margarita flatbread. It was delicious! The staff is very friendly and efficient. I love this place.
