CVS

Everyone in the pharmacy was professional, pleasant and helpful. Before I received my flu and covid vaccines, the pharmacist asked if I had any questions. He was done quickly and I barely felt the shots. The cashier at the front of the store was also pleasant and offered to teach a senior lady how to use her phone to add her CVS coupons to her account for automatic access at checkout.

The store manager was a very friendly gentleman who was willing to look all over the store to help us find an item we were looking for! Our cashier-Lizbeth, was very friendly, helpful, and patient, ringing up our order. Nice clean store, very friendly and helpful staff, of course we'll be back!

Chris at the photo department was Great! He was patient and help me get a picture developed off my phone. Most seniors don't understand technology and he showed me step by step and did a awesome job!! Thank you so much Chris I really do appreciate you helping me. You such a kind hearted person.

Dude (rob) was super nice and friendly. Went out of his way to let me get a good deal and vent about my personal problems briefly which is going above and beyond for customer service. Thanks. Came in for a 2nd time and Rob remembered me and he is super nice to every customer. Really exceptional so give him a raise : )

After spending two hours at a local vet where they charged me over $500 for an exam, x-rays, etc. I had to stop in the CVS to pick up some emergency (ie. very expensive) asthma medicine for, yes, my cat (no joke). Jamie and Alison at the pharmacy were empathetic to my situation and tried for over 20 minutes to help me find coupons/discount cards to lower the price. The original price for the two inhalers was close to another $500. While they only saved me about $30-40, their kindness and ability to help me laugh at the absurdness of the situation helped me not curl into a ball and cry right there in the store. They also served another in person medicine and several drive thru customers while I was there, and their professionalism with quick service was consistent! These ladies are wonderful and I will definitely continue to use this CVS for prescriptions.

This is my go-to spot for quick shopping if I need a few things and of course for prescription refills. Staff is friendly and always greets everyone on the way in and asks if they need help finding anything. Store is clean and well organized. The CVS rewards program is awesome as well.

This pharmacy is so much better than the new hope one on bass lake road. It took those bafoons all day to fill a prescription that took this pharmacy 15 minutes.

Never a problem here, staff is helpful, pharmacy is the best. Often busy so take that into account.

Yes, it took forever... but they are so much more competent than Walgreens off 42nd and Winnetka. It was worth the wait.

Had a great chat with an older gentleman employee--very nice guy. This place is alright.

Most annoyingly slow and loud self checkout ever. Only 1 and it will take just as long as finding someone to be at the register. I get that staffing is difficult but only met very unhelpful employees here. Walgreens is just across the street, it was a bit better there.

Wait at pharmacy. And then plan to wait more. And when you're tired of waiting you can just plan on waiting even longer. If I ran my business this way I wouldn't have any business.

Disappointed!! I usually enjoy the company at this particular CVS, but today it almost felt like they were trying to make me uncomfortable. Brenda (Pharmacy) said she couldn't find my prescription which was actually located directly in front of her face. Once the Supervisor handed it to her, she crawled over to the cash register....yes crawled! It was weird to say the least.
