RISE Medical Cannabis Dispensary New Hope

I am constantly shopping here, like multiple times a week. I have yet to have a bad experience and it’s been six months. Everyone is so kind and friendly- so my fellow anxious beings- you’ll be safe here <3 Also they never make you feel stupid if you have a question. Ecko, Yvonne and Zach helped me today and were completely lovely. No matter who helps you at rise, you’re in good hands.

Big fan of this location! Dani was extremely kind and helpful my last visit. I always place my orders ahead of time and I don’t wait for more than 5-10 minutes. They make the whole process quick and easy. My only complaint is the ground flower. I use to love it but the last few times I bought it, it was VERY dry. Closer to a dust or powder than ground flower. Otherwise very happy with the services and products I get here!

I did curb side pick up with them today. I had Stevie as the person who came out to my vehicle. Stevie is a wonderful human that I trust wholeheartedly to answer my questions and give me a great experience. She is a very sweet person. Shoutout to Amber who prepped my order, you are the best. I have never had a bad experience and they are very LGBTQ+ friendly. I would highly suggest using this great location!

Every time I order here i’m always greeted with the sweetest ladies. I don’t know her name but this one girl always mentions my star sign when she checks my ID and I love it so much, makes me smile every time. Amazing workers here, they deserve everything good in this world.

First time experience! I was so impressed and so comfortable! Josh, Echo and Blake helped a first time customer navigate her experience and provided a super clean, professional and friendly atmosphere. The New Hope location definitely RISES to the challenge of helping the community with their medical needs. THANKS SO MUCH!

Best dispensary. I might be biased because it's 5 minutes from my house, but I would drive far for this place.
The friendly, relaxed, staff make you feel very comfortable. Mike always recognizes me and makes me feel welcome.
Prices are pretty standard for this area at regular menu price but I'm a bargain shopper and never fail to find something at a good deal. Sometimes they clear products out as well and you can get them at an absolute steal (gotta be quick though). I'm very excited for the coming future of a more ubiquitous cannabis in Minnesota and I hope we see more places like Rise New Hope pop up because they really are the kind of neighborhood dispensary we need everywhere.

Ive been going to the St. Paul and New Hope dispensaries and love the stores. Although both are a little different in layout but the staff at each location are top notch. They are always ready with a smile and eager to help if a customer has any questions or may need some advice. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Rise and the staff is like going to a fancy hotel with amazing service not mention a better over all product! The lovey young Maggie is so friendly and courteous ! Echo now hes got sone skills when it comes to customer service also wait i cant forget amber or zach and all the other great amazing people that work at rise! 1st time med patient. Staff very professional and friendly. Service was super fast and accurate. Store is clean and organized. Didn't feel like giving a tip in Red lake they were not very nice or helpful, they were acting entitled. Left one here. This is where you need to go. They are the best, okay, haven't been anywhere else ,but anywhere else could not be better. If you hurt, get your medical card, rise will help you do that. No tax, discounts for new patients, and really good education on products. So far, only sampled one, from that, products are top notch. Also, you don't see much sativa, they have a couple. I will be with them until I die, or they are, God forbid, legislated out of existence.

Excellent customer service every visit! Today I had Stevie and she was terrific, as have been Ecko, Yvonne and Amber when I've had the pleasure of speaking with them! All of them knowledgeable, super friendly and just wonderful people all around!

Every day I visit Rise New Hope I am amazed by the knowledgeable associates, and how welcome I feel. Always professional Bridgette and Blake helped me out with lightning speed and good advice.

Ecko, Tashia, Danni, and Tasha have been really helpful and I really enjoy doing business here. Every time I go in here everybody seems really friendly it's a place I really enjoy spending my money and I have no bad feelings about tipping because everybody's worth the tip. God Bless You.

I've been a Rise customer for awhile now. Decided to try the New Hope location.
I was very happy with my help from Ryan, Stevie, Dani, and Amber today. They were very helpful and friendly. Even gave the wife's puppy a treat!

Rise has had nothing but a positive impact on me. Each time i’ve visited the staff are always friendly and extremely helpful. A member called Ecko has helped me find items that I didn’t know I needed. The products are beyond any expectations I had. I highly recommend coming here, and checking them out! You won’t regret it, and will find you love it here.

I shop all over the country and all the time in Mn as well and New Hope location has some of the best service I’ve experienced. Just recently on a very busy day there were only 3 workers in. Dani, Amber and Christa have been amazing and were amazing that day!! Plus thank you for Fresh fresh 10/10 White Durban nugs that day. Very quality plant that drop!
