AT&T Store

so I had an issue with my phone this morning, I went in and Zachary and his coworker were very very efficient and super nice. Zachary answered all of my various questions and helped me get a better understanding of what was going on with my phone. He is the best!

We just switched to AT&T from t-mobile. Grafton and Zach were attentive to our needs and made the process quick and easy. They were able to answer any questions we had and give us thorough explanations. Thanks guys!

Grafton, Zach, and Josh are always super helpful with all the questions I have in regards to my account. I’d trust them with even my 94 year old grandmother and her 50 times a day social media app questions.

We had to switch from Verizon. Zachary at the store answered all our questions. He followed up with us, walked us through the process and when we decided to go with ATT he worked us through the process quickly and professionally. He did a great job and we’d totally recommend it.

The gentleman that opened the store on Friday July 21st was very helpful, answered all questions, was very polite to me and my daughters. Only issue, the manager that walked into the store without saying hello or anything I found was rude and was in the back on his personal phone and tablet while there was other customers waiting while the polite gentleman helping me and another lady at the same time, was helping everyone at once. Overall experience due to this gentleman, was great! Thank you!!

Yesterday I had the best service I ever had with AT&T. I was fortunate to have Brittany as my Customer Care Agent. She solved all my issues and gave me information to help me and future situations. This young lady knows AT&T inside out and deserves 100 star rating!

Went to upgrade my phone. Was waited on right away. Brittany was very knowledgeable, personable, and patient. Answered everything I asked. My phone was delivered quickly and I went back in and she helped me set up. I have been an AT&T customer for 22 years, and have had nothing but great service from this store

Zach was great in setting up my new phone, and transferring my data. He gave me a great deal on my apple watch to help me if i ever fall since i am older and live alone.

ZACH was extremely helpful! He took the time to call us to let us know information we were questioning the evening prior. When we did come in for the phone switch he was able to get account set up and 3 phones switched in a very reasonable time. We will definitely stick with the service and send folks there way.

Grafton and Zach at the store made it extremely easy to switch from Verizon to AT&T. Verizon was being extremely difficult and making it as hard as possible to transfer over but Grafton and Zach took care of everything as well as getting us the best deal for the plan that we wanted. I highly recommend this AT&T store in waynesboro. They provide exceptional service and are extremely customer friendly.

I went into this location with an urgent problem and without hesitation they took it on as if it was their own problem. Zach and the whole team gave me multiple explanations and options to fix my issue all the while assisting and fixing other issues with other customers quickly and efficiently. There was never a wait or delay. As soon as someone came in one or two of them would solve whatever they needed and then return to Zach and I to see what else they could do. Stellar Team!!
