I experienced the best customer service ever at this Verizon store! April greeted me the minute I walked in. I needed a screen protector for my new phone. I also ended up buying a case for my phone. I spent far more than I intended, but I did get what I needed AND great customer service. I'll definitely shop there again!

The guy who helped us was a fill in from another store. He was super nice and very knowledgeable.

Libby and Tyler took great care in giving us the help we needed to purchase new phones. Knowledgeable and patient. We appreciated their help.

Alex is a very interesting and helpful person. She treats all her customers with such great respect and courtesy. She helped us find deals we were not aware of. Even when juggling multiple customers, she kept everything rolling.

Alex was great to work with upgrading my phone! Really enjoyed working with her! Andrew was great a couple days later when I needed some help figuring out some features. Thank you to both for the superb customer service!

Libby was awesome she remembered me from back at Christmas time . I wasn’t sure if I still wanted a new phone but we talked and I ended up with a new. She even helped me learn my new phone.

Andrew did a great job, only guy in the store, had several of us in the store and even though he couldn't serve everyone at once, he acknowledged each one of us and he knew his products and was effective

Friendly staff and very accommodating!

My phone died just before I was ready to leave on a trip. In a panic, I rushed into Verizon. Andrew listened to my needs and helped me select a phone. I appreciated his knowledge of the product. Later he was able to retrieve photos from my old phone. I received excellent customer service.

Every time I have had a problem of any kind with my phone and tablet both Andrew and James have bent over backwards to help me understand and apply the knowledge they have shared with me. Both are very knowledgeable—and patient and kind. (Even with old, senile grandmas!)

She was very helpful. And very nice to take so much time to fix my problem..
