The UPS Store

Went here for some returns, they were so quick it was honestly impressive. Staff was friendly and knew what they were doing. There were a couple other people there to ship their own items, and they were in and out also.

I always receive great service here. They are fast, dependable -- and when I forgot my shipping label, they were able to print me a new one and package up my item in a jiffy.

I found this store to be most helpful. A worker - Alex - helped me make the whole process quick and painless. He is definitely an asset!

They recently moved to a much better location. Fast work, efficient setup.

On a recent trip to the West Coast, I needed a UPS store. It was unpleasant, to say the least. I realized that I’d happily been relying on my local UPS store on the Vestal Parkway, a scant five minutes from my home, since moving here nearly twenty years ago. All my friends and family were suddenly 3,000 miles away. I counted on that store! Manager Mark Nagle soon had the addresses of everyone I cared for on file. When my mom visited, I introduced her to Mark, who had been making sure my gifts arrived intact and on time. Those two ask about one another to this day. Another huge help? Online shopping, which meant inevitable returns. When I needed to check on a package, I called Mark. He had the gift of making me feel that I was his most important customer. Having a local store and truly personal service is increasingly rare. I’ve decided to share positive experiences and my appreciation whenever I’m able.
I’m truly happy to begin with Mark Nagle, for fifteen years worth of terrific service.

Wanted to mail a large box.Garett helped me carry it into the store.He was super friendly and knowledgeable. Didn't wind up mailing it.he carried it back to my car.

I moved to Binghamton recently and I first tried FedEx, terrible service.

So I looked into ups for my business.

Guys are great, understanding and happy to take the time to get you sorted.

I needed to return my college textbooks and only had a label. Went in and it took less than 5 minutes and $3 where I thought it would be much more annoying. They shipped on time and there weren't any problems.

The service is great. But there is no road side signage to let you know where it is. !?!?! I drove around in a loop for 10 mins. Ugh. Well just look for the T Mobil store. :/

Had to pack a large ornate vintage mirror to go to Hawaii from upstate NY, they were excellent with there suggestions and service. Mirror arrived with out a problem. Great job!

Superb staff at this store. Fast, courteous and patient with me as I had forgotten paperwork for notary and had to come back a second time. Reasonable pricing as well.

The manager here went above and beyond to accommodate my needs! The store is clean, organized and runs efficiently. Definitely recommend.

Always good service. Premises are kept clean. Happy to see that Covid precautions are put in place and enforced. The staff here is always pleasant and very helpful.
