So, I had to get a pair of shoes for my wife because she was working and had no time before a wedding we were going to.... despite it being a very funny and unique moment, I was helped out but super amazing and friendly staff members. They literally took the time to go through potential choices and they also were extremely patient with me throughout the entire time. I can't believe I'm saying this, but this is a shoe store that I wouldn't mind returning to just because the staff were very helpful and professional. I really appreciated all their assistance.

They have completely changed the look of the store, it's modern and roomy. Found a beautiful pair of light beige suede Italian low cut boots; fabulous!!! I love Italian made shoes. Italy are the shoemakers of the world. Shopping experience is much more pleasant and comfortable.

Believe it or not... A very helpful staff! Our sales helper went out of her way to help my wife find a comfortable shoe and reminded us of an online coupon that saved us $60 off our total purchase. A win-win!

Huge selection! I had to force myself to leave after purchasing two pairs of shoes. Employees were constantly straightening up what customers were leaving around and restocking shelves. The woman at the register was nice enough.

Loved this DSW. Its large and spacious. They have a great selection of all different types of shoes. The employees were very helpful and nice. I went very close to closing and they didn't rush me out.

I stop in this DSW about once a month. On my last trip, I found a pair of Cole Hahn pink brogue sneakers that I fell in love with. I look up the price at various shoe apps while in the store. The price on line ranged from $200 to $150. The price at DSW was $90.00!! I am happy to say, I now own those sneakers and they are great.

The store is well organized clean and fun! Try to walk out without buying something. Its come a long way and the customer service was impeccable 💝

They have some great clearance deals. Vip membership is the way to go. You can recycle your shoes and recieve points. Check it out

OMG!! Yonkers Central Park Ave store has the best customer service Ragan I believe is her name is a rock star. She has such patience and makes sure customers are satisfied with their purchase. She goes above her responsibility. 👍

Dsw is my favorite shoeshop....online or in store. Only 1thing I gripe about...They got rid bathrooms in Yonkers store....but the staff is primo quality
