AT&T Store

Really good service with Iris, I went to the store bc I deleted my phone SIM card by accident and she helped me with that and I had another problem, I didn’t remember my PIN for my account and she help me with that too in less than 20 minutes, I came when she opened and I was out at 10:17 am.
I recommend Iris for either English or Spanish speakers

Chris was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He took care of us as soon as we walked in the store. We are very satisfied with the service we received.

I was welcomed immediately as I walked through the door. I received the undivided attention and information I needed as I was just getting off work and wanted to be in and out. The manager Zo and his employees’ customer service was Immaculate. I needed to add a line to my account for my daughter. They gave me all my options that were available to me that could more so fit what I have going on instead of trying to throw me into a contract that wouldn’t fit my situation.

I am a long time AT&T user and I ran into some issues with my phone while I was on vacation visiting family. I walked into this store and was immediately greeted by the store manager, Nicole, who provided exceptional service and the help I needed. I was able to get my issue resolved same day and was pleasantly surprised with the friendliness and service of the entire staff! Very attentive and informative team :)
