I'm very surprised to find a key food most times I see other markets it was a very pleasant experience very well organized store and the staff was extremely helpful made my visit very easy good experience

Beautiful store , I drive 3 towns to shop here for my Irish goods .Best stoke hands down ,handsome cashiers in shirt and tie.

Reasonable prices nice clean environment friendly staff.

Lovely clean store with nice wide aisles for two carts to pass in comfort. The vegetable isle was spotless as was every department I went through.The staff seem to be very helpfull to the customers but more importantly to each other and the managers showed great respect and genuine interest in the their fellow workers. This has to come from the top down and is sadly missing in so many big corporations these days. A great first impression.

Been shopping at this location for a good while. The store is neat and very clean. All the isles are properly labeled above and in the isles making finding each item very easy. Excellent ambiance and the cashiers very receptive. The first to be seen and last at point of sale. As a shopper, I feel welcome and comfortable doing my shopping at Key Food.

The store is very well laid out and stocked. The produce section in my opinion is right up there with a Whole Foods. Tom, one of the store managers is particularly worth mentioning, he is so nice and friendly and always willing to help.

Cashiers are extremely friendly! Great customer service! I had an issue with something I had purchase and when I brought it back, they fixed it immediately! Their produce section is not my favorite, but it is nice to have a supermarket close to my home.

I needed an item that was out of stock. I called everyday for 8 days and every time I called the employee went above and beyond to help me. Excellent customer service.

I wrote a review before, I have been coming to Key Food since they open and I think the food is wonderful and prices are good. The store is very clean and there is one Manager his name is Chris who works very hard and is very nice to the customers. I am on oxygen and he is always doing things to be helpful. It is an awesome store and Chris is an Awesome Manager!!

Very nice. Store very clean, organized and shelves appeared to be well stocked. They even had the bread I love...Sara Lee Arteisan Brioche sliced bread...AWESOME. I have been only able to get that out of Walmart in Saratoga Springs. Nice job Key Food!!!

Clean, everything beautifully presented, surprised to find so many gluten free options throughout the store which for us is great. Very helpful staff. Looking forward to going back. Already mentioned it to my neighbors.

Store is well organized, very clean. Produce is fresh and well priced not to mention the cute guy that works there He is so nice, the cold cuts Dept guy came around to explain the different pastrami to me, Hes a REALLY cool guy, the manager is very nice and cute the marine corps cute, the asst man she is very nice and helpful, she actually walked with me to find shrimp scampi sauce btw they had. The store associate's are awesome, they HELP you find WHATEVER you need, and last you dont have to pay for DAMN BAGS THERE. I WILL CONTINUE SHOPPING THERE...YESSS

The new Keyfood has excellent customer service! The manager, Tommy, goes out of his way to ensure all customers are happy. The store is well stocked with a WIDE variety of foods. The Irish and English food selection is OUTSTANDING. A trip to Keyfood is guaranteed to be a delight!

I visited the Key Food in Massapequa this morning and was impressed by how clean it was and making it a pleasant shopping experience. The place was spotless. Kudos to you and your team for maintaining such a clean store!
