The McSwain sales rep Colin Knight was knowledgeable and professional.The installer Jason Barnott was awesome. He also was very knowledgeable, thorough and professional in the installation process. Our kitchen floor is great. We are more than pleased.

Great experience. Kim in Blue Ash made us feel at ease with the daunting task of replacing flooring throughout our entire first floor. They clearly and honestly answered our questions, and made selecting a floor effortless, when the box stores and national retailers gave us the run around or tried to upsell us. During the install Jeff and crew worked fast and clean, also answering questions and quickly addressing concerns along the way. Their experience was invaluable and the work shows. The Customer Service department was also great. We had our own issues affecting the timeline of the project, and they made it easy to remain flexible. The whole team was able to work within our budget and time constraints to make it all so easy.

I definitely recommend stopping by and wish we would have started here first. Can’t thank everyone enough!

McSwain in Blue Ash did a wonderful job with the new Flooring of Kardeen Midnight Black Marble Tile and Silver Stripping and Shaw Carpet in both Bedrooms and Living Room along with replacement carpet on the enclosed Porch. A new replacement in our Condo before it was sold in November 2015. They were quick efficient and since so much was purchased even worked out a good deal and the result left sad to sell the Condo. I highly recommend McSwain Carpet and even recommend Dean and Rich at this location to assist you with your needs

Update : After looking for a house we decided to build, and had McSwain help us with our needs there as well and the results have been wonderful. We will continue to use them whenever we have a need for Carpet and Flooring. Thank You so Much for everything!

The selection and help choosing my new flooring was excellent. The workmanship and install were superb. My only complaint would be that I wasn’t informed that the install was in two phases. Thank you to everyone involved.

We had a wonderful experience from the time we spoke to the salemanl until the installation of the flooring and removal of the carpet. The installer was great to work with during the process. He took his time and didn't rush through the job.

I highly recommend McSwain. From the time I first walked in (around 6 years ago) to pick out flooring for my basement until today when I finally finished the second floor (having done the main floor in between) I have not been disappointed at all...from sales to installation. Especially installation! Professional, precise, conscientious, clean, and experienced. Very happy with my new forever floors.

I just had McSwain replace my 25-year old wall-to-wall carpet with hardwood floors. I have been very happy throughout the process, and now that it's done, I'm thrilled with the results. My salesman, Mike, was responsive and helpful throughout. The installers were really good too - they showed up on time, worked hard, and made the floors look beautiful.

Dave F and Nick T did a great job installing our vinyl plank flooring. Shifted furniture and removed the old carpet so quickly. A great team and great service.

Chad Paytes and partner were excellent installers. Had an issue with damaged subfloor. They patiently waited while the damaged board was replaced and finished the install. Very professional and friendly.

Bottom Line: In March 2021, I purchased carpeting through Costco and despite a scheduling hiccup, was overall pleased with the experience and quality.

From day 1, after contacting the flooring company through Costco, we were immediately scheduled and were met by a very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind employee named Mike G. Mike has been in the businesses for over 20 years and was able to guide us through picking the right carpet, style, color, and size. The quality of the carpet is very good and all through “Shaw,” which has a robust selection. The company that does the actual carpet installation is Mcswain Carpet Tile Flooring, which did a good job overall. The person who installed the carpet (Dave) was very helpful and skilled. The follow up was very nice and professional by an individual named Dean. Going through Costco also helped cut down costs and guaranteed quality product and service. Highly recommend.
