Starbucks inside Safeway . The lady ( employee ) was so warm and smiling ...she had the right attitude and was energetic.

Ricky and his team are the best. They always remember my name and go out of their way to say hello, even when busy. While waiting for my coffee I notice them greeting the majority of customers by name, which goes to show just how awesome they are that regulars are always coming back. 10/10 exceptional service.

Always fast, great coffee. Super polite and highly trained employees.

If I am in Redwood City, I would go to this location for my starbucks drink. I like getting my drink here because they move quick, accurate and provide friendly service. Kalo was fantastic going over the menu, she made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions with a smile.

Best in customer service. All Starbucks offer coffee. Some have Ok, to good customer service. This location has a perfect record with me on 100% happy smiles and greeting's to each and every customer.
Keri and Xamara are so outstanding. This should be the model for Starbucks in customer service.

My drink is always delicious. Employees are friendly, nice and always making sure my drink tastes how I like it... I'll go to another location only if I'm not in Redwood City. This is definitely where I get my coffee😍😍 my favorite spot.

Ordered decaf at 8pm. Pour-over only, had to wait 5-7 minutes--I had the time. Got great service and a smile. Yummy brownie.

Love Starbucks. I order a Grande, triple shot, nonfat latte with no foam. A skinny flat white in Australia.
