Nice people great service usually pretty busy. But they find time to help. The store is exceptionally clean. Plenty of parking. Big selection of phones too fit all budgets! 🤗

Having an issue with my cell phone that was convulsing under the pressure of being over laden with data.
When it became my turn a young female customer service consultant indicated I was next. Being of a certain age I felt uncomfortable about my phone issues.
To break the ice I began with I've never been properly trained in the use of cell phones or computers, she took a deep breath and asked what was the phone doing! Well other than not working properly, and notices about needing to clean out files here we are trying to lighten the phone's memory.
At first the phone started playing the game with her, like "WHACK A MOLE"
as soon as she noticed the pace my cell kept changing screens she timed her strokes faster than the screen would move.And as soon as the data files were emptied the phone became more compliant.When she finished clearing out the files she handed me back a new phone. I thanked her profusely for her cool under pressure competence and skill at clearing this issue up so quickly.
Thank God there was a representative so patient to have seen the task through to the end.
To my relief I had my phone back and operating normally. That's all I needed and I met a very attentive and caring

Went to check out some phones with my wife and met Frank. He was awesome, great customer service, gave me all the details on the different versions of the iPhone 14’s. This will be my preferred destination. Frank needs to be promoted to the next level asap!

As a new customer at T-mobile, my experience has been great so far! Juan T helped me out at the store on Atwood Ave in Johnston, RI, and he was wonderful! Being a new customer, I had a lot of questions, and he answered every single one of them in a way that I could understand. He made switching carriers a painless process. He explained all of my options, but I never felt pressured to do anything which I really appreciated. On top of being very knowledgeable, he was friendly and respectful. I also observed him greeting customers as they walked in and reassuring them that he or his coworker would be with them shortly. He was very efficient but I never felt rushed. He made sure to give me his contact info so I could contact him with any issues I might have, and promptly answered me when I contacted him with a question. Overall 10/10 customer service, and a genuinely great person.

As far as having T-mobile as my carrier in general, the experience has been very good! I feel as though I have better service than I did with my previous carrier, and my data speeds have definitely gotten faster. Call quality is also great. No complaints here 😊

Stopped in today to upgrade a line. Leslie helped me take advantage of the buy one get one promo which I wasn’t aware of. Throughout my visit their system had some glitches which Leslie walked me through every update of what was going on and my wait time. Her energy was unmatched, it was a pleasure working with this location.

Keona is amazing! The staff is well informed. All the information and technical assists I needed. Keona suggested certain phones and plans that fit my needs and budget. I can't say enough about the positive service I received.

I went to the location close to closing time i needed a new phone Eric and Keyton took the time to help us activate the lines and to sync our information, i tried to get a free case for my phone but nothing they could do overall excellent service they stayed after closing time great job.

Great, knowledgeable staff that are happy to help you. Bought a new phone and it was a painless transaction. I'd highly recommend visiting this location if you would like a pleasurable experience.

Had questions about the LG G7 buy 1 and get $750.00 off a second one. Helped me avoid a mistake. I was going to sell my phone outright bit the rep tpld me I could not becaise the pgone was locked to me until it is paid off.

I have had a horrible experience the past couple of months with Tmoblie store in the warrick mall. Emely at the Tmoblie in the atwood location provided excellent customer service. She ensured us that are account was handled correctly. Would recommend any going to see her. She is the only associate i trust .
