I just moved back to the area and had to put a hold on mail so I probably come here more often than the average person right now. It's the holiday season and every time I've gone in, the lady with short dark hair has helped me. She can have a line of 20 people and still have a smile on her face, help a couple people at once, and still deliver excellent customer service to each and every person. I appreciate all of her efforts and will add her name to this review next time I go in there :)

An hour after I dropped off a package I realized I left put a set of screws that should have gone in the package. I immediately went back the post office hoping they would let me add it into my package. To my surprise, they not only allowed me to add the item to my package,they gave me tape to tape it back up. I was not expecting them to let me do that! They were also very friendly! Thank you!

Had to send out a steering wheel cover for Christmas and didn't know how to package it but the gentleman at the desk took the time to help me find a solution that took some innovation. I appreciate them taking their customer service to the next level. Happy holidays!

Although I use the main post office most of the time, this Johnston location is clean and efficient. It is small and almost always busy. But the service can't be beat.
