Took my mom here while she was in town. The girls working there were very nice and helpful. My mom is pretty picky and managed to find pants she liked here. So that's a win in my book.

I was greeted when I walked in, and a sales associate went to look for the items I needed after he asked if he may assist. Great service!!

Due to the pandemic the dressing rooms are unavailable. They do however offer a 60-day return policy; tags and tact w/receipt. Very friendly. **MASKS REQUIRED**

What a disaster this store has become. So messy and hard to shop.

Lucky Brand is not what it used to be. Purchased this belt a few months back (BKM0218). The loop for the excess belt material is too close to the buckle and I need to force it through the belt loop of my pants (any pair) on the left-most side for it to worn comfortably. This isn’t the worst part of having been un-“Lucky” enough to purchase this sad excuse for a belt. The very worst part that continues to plague my un-“Lucky” self is how the belt fastener (buckle) continuously comes unsnapped from the belt itself, with as simple of an action as sitting down. Super disappointed in Lucky Brand. I hope they see this and get their production/manufacturing issues fixed. Absolutely ridiculous from a company that claims to be a provider of quality products. In comparison, I purchased this Lucky Brand belt to replace a belt that my mother had purchased for me from Buckle over 10 years ago that must have been the best quality belt I have ever had. It even let me use my own belt buckles without it coming undone even once during the life of the product. This is the same quality I would expect from Lucky Brand. Never again. If you need a new belt, go somewhere else.

I have been shopping at this Lucky Brand for years and it is definitely not what it used to be. The style and quality of the clothing today compared to 5 years ago are like night and day. I REALLY wish Lucky Brand would go back to their original LA styles because what they are selling now is completely different in a really bad way!

What they didnt know is that I formerly worked for Lucky Brand and came in with $$$$ to spend from out of town. Walked in and was greeted by no one. The manager on the floor was conversing with one of the associates, gossiping in the back corner. I had to publicly state that I needed help and wanted to pick up some outfits. I told them my size and the style I like and they still didn't put together fits. I hand selected everything moving through stacks. Annoyed I ask if there is any high rise on sale. They tell me no, and I find some on my own. No one brought anything back to the fitting rooms or checked on me. I'm not sure if people just don't spend money like I do at this location, but the whole experience turned me off. I wanted to email corporate about it but I was on a business trip and busy with other things. They need a higher level of accountability in the store and to really work on their selling techniques and styling. The people at this location let money walk out the door 110%
