Awesome experience. I went in and they helped me get a great deal on an iPhone 15 Pro Max. They knew basically everything I asked questions about and got everything quickly set up hassle free. I highly recommend the duo that was working today.

Tried to switch from Verizon to T-Mobile and went through 3 days of hell. Then went here and Rae fixed everything in 15 minutes! Genius and pleasant and just a wonder! She deserves a big raise!!

After receiving a mailer about special pricing for 55+ and asking a friend about her satisfaction with T-Mobile, I decided by changing carriers I would be saving over $100 per month….Dylan was great, even though he was helping another customer he took the time to walk over say hello and was so welcoming, he is definitely able to multitask so that all of us were being helped in the various stages of our purchases. I would recommend anyone thinking of changing carrier please go to this store for customer service over and beyond what has been the norm lately., plus great pricing T-Mobile is paying off our phones with the other carrier.

Agter 2 years of constant problems and misinformation with t mobile I was about to lose it when my phone plan was changed by the last rep I spoke to without my knowledge. I came into this store last night and had a great experience. The young woman who helped me immediately saw what happened and called in and got it fixed. Highly recommended this location

I spoke with a customer representative who was not just nice but exceptional. She transferred me to her manager who is more techie than her. This guy made my day even better. I felt his laughter without seeing his face. Thank you T-mobile you have great staff members right here in San Tan Valley Arizona. Yeah for the staff of T-mobile at Combs road. I wish I was able to give 10 🌟 🤩

Whoever was the guy who helped us, was beyond awesome. I had my toddler with us. And he interacted with him better than any other stranger ever has. He kept him entertained without being too touchy, which is a big thing as a parent through covid/in general.

This dude was a straight up boss in how he helped keep my toddler entertained without being overly touchy. He thoroughly entertained my child through a hour+ long visit without touching him once.

I know it seems silly for touch to be a big deal. But it was through covid.

But either way, I was still very impressed at his ability to handle our store business while simultaneously entertaining my kid.

Can't thank the guy enough. And I don't do this often, but the dude deserves a raise.

Trying out the TMobile network for 90 days but having issues with my phone and setting up the TMobile app. Went into the store at Ironwood and Combs and had wonderful service from Zach and manager Dylan. If we have service around the valley and change providers, I will definitely go to this location again to do so

Fantastic experience!! Fastest ever phone upgrade - even had the accessories I wanted. Alfredo was awesome, explained differences in phone models thoroughly and went over my needs & bill to keep me in budget with the best phone option. So glad they are close to me, I will return to this location!

This is by far the most phenomenal experience I've had in a T-Mobile store in my life. I was assisted by a young man named George who was not only extra easy on the eyes, but was the most attentive, kind, humorous man I've ever had the pleasure of working with. The store was incredibly neat and clean and easy to navigate. I thank George and all of the staff at this T-Mobile store for their unparalleled customer service and wonderful attitudes.

My Husband and I went in last Monday to sign up for new service and my apologies for spelling the name wrong but Joelle (Jo-ell) was the greatest representative that assisted me when I called days in advanced and in store. We had a long encounter for what was needed to be done and he was patient and friendly as well as all the staff members that joined in and made us feel welcomed I HIGHLY Recommend this particular T-Mobile store for anything in need Thankyou T-Mobile Crew!

Had a great experience there yesterday getting my daughter's new $20 CHEAPO phone set up! She broke her decent LG one so now it's on to the cheap stuff. George was very helpful; he called me later in the evening to remind me I had left my ID at the store! I'm not happy being charged for a SIM card but that is TMobile's fault not the store's!

A very reliable store, they offer good promotions and the sales reps there were very helpful and knowledgeable. I will be coming to this store only because of how helpful they are.

I have been with Cricket for over 15 years and was tired of my terrible reception. So glad I came in to the store today! I'm so out of the loop with technology and Kayla was so helpful yet patient! I've been having issues with Verizon for the past couple of years. I've been with them since 2005 and had alot of anxiety about switching to another company. After doing a little homework I chose to make the switch. We went in and explained to them what I needed, expected and how hard it was for me to make the switch. Alan the tmobile representative listened to me. He didnt try selling me something I didn't need but went through all of my options. We spent a long time with this young man and all I can say is Tmobile is very lucky to have the opportunity to have Alan as an employee. Great service all the way around! Thank you!

Superbly outstanding in every way. Kayla, was patient an kind to an old lady in a scooter. I had so many questions about switching from Verizon. She calmly explained things in a way I could understand. Finally after 4 trips to this location and zillions if phone called, we switched our 8 lines to t mobile. We have people in our account from New York to Pittsburgh to get ported over efficiently! Kayla is professional and efficient. She greets u at the door as if you were her personal VIP customer. Each and every time BEFORE I decided to switch. T moble should take note of this location. The employees all work together to make your experience smooth, quick and uneventful. I believe in human interaction. This store is there for your every need.i understand that Kayla has become a manager in this location. Congrats.... best decision ever!!!!
