The UPS Store

I had submitted a package that didn’t have much support and realized after the fact. I went back to the store and asked about getting another box and the employees had already placed my package into another supportive box to ship out. They were nice and friendly and super helpful! I greatly appreciate the help they did for the package.

I semi-regularly check my box early on Saturday morning, and they usually are not too busy.
This past Saturday 12/9 it was extremely busy, and I also had to renew my box.
The solo young woman working there was an absolute rockstar. She was working the 2 stations plus guiding customers through the self-service return kiosk.
She was friendly, patient, and apologetic. I wish that I could give her 10 stars!

I rarely ship items and this was my 2nd time at this store , Oscar has helped me on both occasions and he’s always helpful and patient .

Customer service is outstanding. Staff is helpful and proactive if an issue arises, I.e. return item requires different packaging than what was provided.

Had to do an Amazon return. There were a few in front of me doing returns as well, but it was super quick. The staff was nice and helpful!

The staff are very friendly and eager to help. The store was fully staffed and I could tell under great new management. Keep up the awesome job! Thomas went above and beyond to resize a drawing we brought in for my daughter’s poster.

I never have a disappointing visit at this store. All of the employees are very professional. Ladrika helped on my last visit was a pleasure to work with.

The clerks were friendly , helpful and very professional. My wait was only 1 minute . I was greeted and asked to come back .

Ease of use. I had to send USPS and the UPS store was way simpler and closer.

We had an issue trying to get a package to an eBay customer by a specific time because the customer had purchased the wrong shipping rate. Lauren helped us out over the phone twice and the package arrived on time. Thank you!

Used this store three times now on sending items back only. But seems to be okay with me. Clean organized work area. I was in and out less then 5 minutes all three times. Nice curtuious people behind counter also.

Drew and staff took great care of my need for a notory stamp today. They are an efficient team at this store! Great job guys!

I honestly don't understand why there are so many negative reviews, this is the best UPS store I have ever been to the staff is all amazing Nd they are so friendly and just fast! We have never had a problem here and will keep coming to this one eveeytime!!

All the staff have bent over backwards to help me! Always pleasant! Anytime I need something printed for my Pink Zebra business, I send over an email with attachment and I go pick it up and they have it ready! Super fast response!
