Sunday went out for drive 90 west
stopped in Ocean Springs Ms, Walmart purchased some items I wanted just wanted say one of the nicest stores been to in awhile clean inside and out employees there are well mannered and very helpful I live in another state it was well worth the drive to go there.Beautiful aera and reasonable price for anything you purchased from gas to food and clothing, plenty of parking easy access from frontage road and hey 90.Plus any other amenities you might need in all directions 🚗🚙🛻🛴🛵

My best friend and I had to return some items that I received at my baby shower and I've been putting off going because I was dreading it. Usually walmart employees treat you so horribly when you have a return without the receipt. However I must say, both the cashier and the woman working next to her were extremely nice. Most pleasant Walmart experience I've endured in many many years. I've returned since the first trip I posted a review about, everyone treated me so much better the second time. 💗

It's a small town Walmart with helpful workers...especially Jess. She is always willing to make your visit special. She makes Walmart a more positive experience.

I always get more than I'm going for, I don't know if its a time of year or if some of the workers are just working for a check. If you don't want the job, please don't take it. I sucked it up and did the job I had to do, when I worked. Smile even if you don't want to, eventually you will be happy with it.People will wonder why your always smiling, and say look how much you love your job.I would be glad to return to work, but God has other plans for me.Cancer is a gift he needs me to carry for him..Just Smile...is all you have to do.

Shannon at the Customer Service Desk is SUPER friendly and patient!

I dislike returning items, so they seem to pile up on me. I decided to return several items from different visits at one time. Shannon wasn't irritated with me, she continued to laugh and carry on small conversations with me.

I struggled to find receipts I knew I had prior to walking in, but she was patient with me. She inquired if I knew which card I used, etc.

I had a couple of shirts I wanted to exchange, so I grabbed 2 pictures of them. 😀

Thank you Shannon for keeping your cool and showing compassion during such a crazy time we're going through with Covid-19; it truly made what I was dreading, PAIN FREE!

Needs some work when it comes to customer service skills and customer satisfaction. I feel like it's a burden to ask people there for help finding something. Other than that, I like going there. Bought a drone but it took almost 20 minutes for management to acknowledge the employee that was trying to grab a drone from the back of the store. It is entirely my luck also.

Ordered a custom cake on Tuesday for pickup Saturday at 11. Got there at 11:30 and they had nothing prepared. My order was filed under a different date. Tiffany decorated my cake super quick and it was beautiful and perfect and exactly what I wanted for my son's 11th Birthday. Makayla was the manager on duty and she assisted with making a horrible experience so much better. Because of Tiffany and Makayla I will continue ordering my event cakes from Ocean Springs Walmart Bakery. Without them and their quick thinking and honesty I would have taken my future business elsewhere. When they told me they couldn't find my order I was tempted to walk out to my son's birthday party without a cake but because of those two women I will come back. Thank You Tiffany and Makayla in the bakery department. You ladies rock and saved the day!!! You have no idea how much I appreciate your efforts today.

Covid-19 is the focus here. Greeters enforce the mask policy. Makes you feel comfortable to shop.

One of the cleanest stores with employees that are friendly so if you need to stop at a Walmart on the coast take that ride to this one you'll love it

They have the friendliest greeters, always have what I am looking for and just all around excellent help.

This location is huge. Bright and plenty of seasonal merchandise. You have to love the Walmarts in the south, adult beverage section yes!! Cart full with items for this road trip and a little extra.

Clean, well stocked, friendly staff, great prices.

It’s constantly packed. But probably because it’s the only Walmart in OS. Hate going here because how packed it is. But it’s not the stores fault and they handle it well.

Awesome little ... Actually HUGE ... Consignment market. This place is so full but not cluttered. Loved it. And baby Yoda got his Gulfport Souvenir pin there for only a dollar !! If I am ever this way, I will be back.

In and out quickly! Only thing I couldn't find was pie shells

Always plentiful stock. Great workers helpful 😊
