Love the store but I have to say that Quentin is my absolute favorite person there! He never fails to brighten my day and leave a long lasting smile on my face during our short encounters. He is truly a treasure!

Wow! What a great store. Wide variety of produce, beef, pork, sausage, chicken, deli, cheeses and more. Very kind, friendly, and eager to help staff. Great products, great prices and they seem to have everything a foodie might want. I'm sure I'll be back.

Very clean, well organized, well stocked shelves, nice variety, and quick check out. Cashier friendliness varies by cashier, but all seem to be quick at checking out customers.

I love this store, I come here every time zi visit they are located on hwy 90. They a sel serve salad bar which is awesome and very clean very fresh, the produce looked clean and nicely designed. The bakery was great the most expensive cake Gentilly cake 56.00 I come here s lot.

Nice clean market. I found what I was looking for easily. Check out was also quick and the staff was pleasant.

I picked up a cake for my son's birthday. This Chantilly cake hit the spot. It's always difficult finding birthday cakes the day after Christmas. You did it! Scrumptious and fresh. thanks

I needed to order food for a Mardi Gras Ball and didn’t want to make anything myself, I had heard good things about Rouses Deli so I ordered Egg Rolls, Meatballs, Hawaiian Sandwiches and Jambalaya. Oh my goodness everything was fantastic, the Jambalaya was off the chart’s amazing!!! In this area we don’t have much to choose from when it comes to Grocery stores, but from here on out I will be making Rouses my one stop shop for Catering trays and I will tell everyone I know how amazing you quality and value really are. Thanks for making my food table amazing.

Cake order was beautiful, catered wings were delicious, and the poboy finger sandwiches were fresh and tasty. I've been shopping at Rouses for many years and it has always been my go to store in Louisiana. When I moved on the coast and seen there was a Rouses, I felt like I was at home again. Best place to shop for the holidays and family occasions.

Me and my friends play this cool game in there where we play tag but we walk so it’s not conspicuous. It’s a really great store to play tag in.

Regarding the actual products, it’s a very cozy store with affordable products. After 7 years of being a vegetarian I started eating fish, and I really enjoyed trying salmon from here. I have also tried the cod here as well and I love it. The seafood section has very fresh fish with good prices compared to other stores.

Rouses always has great customer service and great sales. I love that you can take advantage of 2 sales ads on Wednesdays. They have a nice produce section and a good selection in their meat/seafood and deli departments.

Very clean and a wide selection of fresh produce, meats and fixins’. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Didn’t have much time to browse, but will next time around. Have my eye and stomach on Sushi Tuesday.

The grocery business is quite competitive. In this area we have 3 large chain stores from which to choose. Of the three, I prefer Rouses the most. They have the best produce, in my opinion, with freshest fruits and vegetables, and an assortment of platters for those with a busy lifestyle. Have you seen the produce at the big blue store? You're lucky if it doesn't rot before you get it home! Then there's the "clean factor." Rouses is spotless, unlike the other two that just seem like they're in constant need for deep cleaning... The prices at Rouses are comparable but the biggest thing for me is the fact that they always have plenty of registers open! I can run in, grab a couple items, and be back in my car in just a few minutes. Try doing that at Wallyworld!

Update--seems their supplier is better, as they have a great selection of meat now! Last filets i bought were probably the best steaks I've had in several years! Full flavor and almost fork tender. Delicious.

Love shopping here! Lots of less than common items such as cheeses and fresh produce. Steak selection hasn't been great lately though. Went late on a Saturday afternoon and they had nothing left--granted that is probably the WORST time of the week to try and get steaks, but it was a last minute celebration.

Friendly staff and good variety of groceries.

Produce wasn’t as good as I’d hoped but the staff was eager to help! Our order was ready on time though and they had an awesome selection and great sales on meat. All in all it was a wonderful experience! Definitely recommend!

I always catch the sales paper ad through FLIPP app and get my meat from there. Since I've moved to the area for 2 years now I love the food they have and Cajun styles foods as well.

My first time at Rouses's, but it was extremely nice. I found a plant thT was out, but it wasn't supposed to be out there, because it wasn't tagged for sale. I really wanted it can't really find them no more. Ughhhh, the agony.

To bad no discounts for being a Rouse lol just kidding we always like to stop in and look around.

Really nice now that they've remodeled the entire store. Friendly employees that acknowledge your presence and will speak to you. Deli folks are happy to slice your lunch meat how ever you'd like it, and the butchers will be happy to cut your steaks while you wait. Store is really clean, and appealing. Def recommend.
