Walked in, spoke to a knowledgeable sales person, picked our phones & went on with our day. Quick, simple & easy. I pay less for 3 lines of service here than I paid for 2 lines w/ Verizon. I left Verizon after being a customer since 1988.

While we were onn vacation we got slammed onto another carrier and had difficultt getting our TMobile phones turned back on because the other carrier was not very cooperative. Joselyn R got transfered from dept to dept but was persistant to success. TY TY TY Joselyn.

Made the usually cumbersome process of transferring to a new phone effortless and FUN! Great representatives of T-Mobile. Have them teach a class on customer service!!

Called into T-Mobile before and been to a lot of different stores. This one is hands down one of the best little to know wait highly knowledgeable staff a young woman named Monique was very attentive and had the answer for every and any question I asked. I would highly recommend this location all of the staff is extremely friendly greets you when entering and everyone tells you bye when you leave wonderful experience from wonderful people.

To start, I've been a Tmobile customer for going on 18yrs. I just purchased a cell phone through Best Buy and instead of activating it myself, I took it to the Tmobile store a block from my house and had them set it up for me. Easy peasy and done. Great customer service.

Jocelyn and Monique were friendly and helpful with me! They are knowledgeable and figured out the problem with my phone immediately! I highly recommend this store based on my experience with these 2 young ladies!

Needed a phone upgrade, didnt know much about the process as i dont lose or break my phone often. Made a couple visits in the span of a few months and Ivan was helpful both times and helped me through the process. Appreciate the help.

Highly recommend this store very helpful. Went in to get a simple thing adjusted on my phone and do a phone upgrade was in and out in less then 30 mins will definitely be a return customer.

Best T-Mobile store in new Mexico right here came all the way from Albuquerque because this stores staff is far more helpful than anyone else in town highly recommend.

Great store very friendly and helpful staff the bad reviews are from people that clearly don't read there phone contracts and look up things before going into the store.

They are very nice people in there and they help you with what you need and can afford.
