Went here to get passport photos for our family. I accidentally wore glasses during my photo, which I later found invalidated it. The staff were super friendly and considerate and allowed me to get my photo retaken. They even said if the application for me or my family were to be rejected due to the photo that they would gladly retake them. Highly recommend for receiving your passport photos.

hello i had a missing package that said delivered and Destiny from ups store helps out like it was her package sent me numbers to call even 3 way when i was having trouble . i definitely appreciate the hard work and absolute effort she put in to help me get in contact so i am able to have a good valentine’s day today for my husband she help me so so much to the point to where i will be getting my package sent to the right address and will be able to enjoy my valentine’s day. She is definitely 100% recommended!!

I go out of my way to do business in this particular UPS store. I ship normally very heavy and awkward items and nobody ever has a problem with it. One employee I would like to shine a light on is Teresa. She goes out of her way to help ship my heavy items and never once has she complained. Also she is a wonderful person to have a conversation with. I would consider myself a difficult customer with the variety of items I ship, but nobody seems to bat an eye when I walk through the door. Thank you.

I’ve had a box at this UPS store since they originally opened at the other memorial location. It’s a great place, super convenient for shipping, amazon returns, notary… Cindy the owner is a delight and Teresa has been a staple there for years. Both of them are exceptional and honestly the entire staff over the years have always been helpful, accommodating and efficient. Having a box and doing business there are both no-brainers.

Always fast and friendly. Of course I mainly use this for Amazon returns which are fast and easy on their own lol. But when I do ship to people or businesses, they are extremely helpful and professional. The only downside is there’s usually a long wait in the mornings and around lunch.

They are very efficient even during extreme busy times (like Christmas)! I like this UPS store because they are always friendly and helpful!

Amazing service! I have a mailbox here and hve never had an issue. Everyone is always smiling and willing to help. Teresa especially brings an energy to the room always smiling and greeting client by name, always professional but makes you feel a personal connection. Highly recommend the entire team at this awesome location.

The employee was friendly and helpful. She was happy to tape up my box and put my label in a clear slipcover. The location in Edmond wanted to charge me $5 to ship the exact same package. It was free here! Thank you.

After some missing deliveries I now have my packages held for pickup at this location. It's free you just have to register to manage your shipments on the ups website. The service is always fast and friendly.

On a recent out of state trip to OKC, I found a large 48"x48" painting in a private gallery that I had to have. It wouldn't fit in my car after trying everything before stopping short of loosening the back door hinges to make them open wider. That's no lie. I bought it anyway and agreed to make my own arrangements to have it shipped. The nearest location to the gallery was the UPS Store on Memorial. I called and spoke with the Teresa, the store manager. She was amazing! She was friendly, funny, and had all the answers I needed to feel good about shipping an expensive and oversized piece of art from her location to my residence. I made arrangements for the gallery to drop off the painting and Teresa handled the rest. The painting left the store on one day and arrived at my home within 48 hours in perfect condition. While the speed of delivery was wonderful, the way the item was packaged was another work of art. Teresa told me she was good at shipping but she underrated herself. She is extraordinarily gifted at it. I buy and receive shipments from all over the world, and have never seen something that size packed in such a protective way. It was done with a great amount of personal care and professional thought. It actually took me 30 minutes to get through the multiple layers - cardboard, bubble wrap, more cardboard, more bubble wrap, plastic sealing bag, and then the final tissue paper - to reveal the painting. It was perfect! All of that extra care and the safe arrival was worth every dollar spent. A special thanks to Teresa and her staff for being so kind to me during the process, taking my multiple calls, and being so friendly in the process. They are true dedicated professionals! Good leadership creates a great team. That is how I view and rate the UPS Store on Memorial.

I frequent this UPS location multiple times per month over the past few years. I have been there during the holidays and all the other days and times. No matter when I am there, I find the owner, manager, and staff always kind and accommodating. At Christmas time, they offered treats to all who were waiting in line. I sometimes go to other UPS locations and they are professional, but I told my wife this is my favorite one because of the staff.

I've come to this location(may and memorial) several times over the last few years and i did not fully realize how great they are until we recently moved to another part of town and i went to a different ups store. I've had 2 bad experiences in a row at the new location so today i made the further drive to come back to this location. They are friendly, professional, and quick. Now that i know this location is the exception, I will make the drive when i need something shipped

Absolutely the best shop to visit for all my needs. Local, cross country, and international is no issue with this shoppe.

Dropped into the UPS store this morning to make copies, I met the Manager Michael who helped me, very pleasant person, greeted me with a nice smile and "how can I help", was extremely helpful and welcoming to his store. The store itself was immaculately clean, organized and well laid out, easy to to access from the road with plenty of parking. Give this location the business they will take care of you and get you in and out quickly!
