Great pharmacy. Personnel is really helpful. They got out of their way to help me. The pharmacist helped me with my insurance. Was able to get my pills thanks to them.

I would like to give an accommodation to the lead pharmacist ( black male apologies I didn't get your name)and the team in the pharmacy on duty today 8/16/23 between 12:30 and 3pm.
Although stretched thin with back to back customers, complaints and calls they exceeded expectations of good customer service!
They made sure my 85 year old grandma (Momma Franklin) had the meds she needed.
Thanks to your compassion, professionalism and words of wisdom my grandma will rest easy tonight.

I love my CVS at 259 so van dorn st. I met a new manager there today and she is Great!!!! The pharmacy staff is also very very helpful, kind and understanding.

Fetihe is one of the best pharmacists I’ve ever met. He provides amazing customer service and goes out of his way to help people whenever they have questions. Another pharmacy staff member, Allegra, is also fantastic and her attention to detail is incredible!

Today (8/7/22), Thomas helped me at the front register. He is such a positive person and very knowledgeable about the store. It’s impossible to meet him and not walk out of the store with a smile!

Today (8/30/22), Jeanette helped me at the front register. She is wonderful, and she went above and beyond to assist me. She has a fantastic personality, and she is also very knowledgeable about the store. Her customer service is impeccable, and she made my shopping experience today a great one!

Fetihe Abdulwahab , is the only Reason I keep coming back to this Pharmacy. He was on vacation and when he came back everything was out of order , He had to make some compromises and although really Busy went out of his way to get me vaccinated and make my medicnes right ( subsitute Pharmacist had made some mistakes ) . He's always willing to help goes far an beyond and I wish I could give him more than 10/10.

Guess what it was his first day after coming back from Vacation and he was being roasted with all the work , Yet he found the time to take care of me. He knows I'm into details and so is he. A Perfect Doctor of Pharmacy. 🙏🙏

An objectively wonderful establishment. The process PASSPORT photos regularly, I'm sure. However, come correct with your government ID if you wanna use this pharmacy.

I'm only putting 5 starts because of a cashier by the name of Karima. She is super helpful and is very professional. She went above and beyond to make sure I was served properly. She was the only one working as a cashier and also gave her attention to others. You can see she is there to help people. Very commendable and it's hard to get this kind of service nowadays.

not all the staff are always all smiles and giggles, but they're all still very eager to help when needed! I've never had a problem here, and its one of the places closest to me within walking distance that I enjoy shopping at.
