Target at Springfield Town Center is on two levels, produce items on first level. Take the escalator to the second level, you will find the toy store, stereo and TV's.

This store is amazing.Good prices,quality products and friendly workers staff.I recommend this store locate in the springfield mall VA.Also,They sell brand food and good prices in meats.

It is always a pleasure to shop at the Target in Springfield, VA. The cleanliness of the store commingled with easy access to the mall and reasonably priced restaurants around it always makes my day brighter and more efficient

The manager Rose is awesome! She made sure with all the craze this morning that everyone was able to get some cards. Some people were upset with the limits she put on it. But I didn’t mind she made it so everyone was able to get at least something good off the shelf. She’s an amazing manager and employee! Although there weren’t any sports I was just happy to get something. Thank you for your fantastic customer services.

Target is generally my favorite place to go for something I need, given the variety of products they stock. The uniformity of each location makes it easy to drop in to a store I have never been to and navigate it with little trouble. Even when the product I came in for is out of stock, they usually have a replacement, or shopping on the Target app shows me if any Targets near me DO have it in stock.

I had a great shopping experience at Target! Today, I picked up my order that I placed at 2 am (Seven hours earlier.) I also browsed the store and bought other cool items (food, cosmetics, clothing, etc.) The employees at the customer service department were very friendly, courteous, and efficient. I am very excited to shop at Target again and will be recommending the store to friends.

As tourists it was very convenient to have the target attached to the mall. This is two stories but there are signs everywhere letting you know where each department is, and the cart escalator made the kids happy!

The only issue with this Target is that you could get lost inside. It's huge. However, it is well organized and I've always had a good experience with the staff. I seem to keep going back here. For cornflakes to vision-wear! They have it all. Good quality and great customer service.

Shopping for things I need in the store or thru their app has been great but their customer service for a return was excellent. I had decided to get a different model gadget. They were very timely and friendly.

Good prices, wide availability of items, willingness to price-match competitors, and most importantly, helpful staff. Customer service is much better than similar stores. Elizabeth at the customer service desk is excellent, and helped us resolve an issue we encountered during checkout.

I purchased items for children in need for a charity with which I work. I asked for a 10% discount explaining the cause. Manager Joby went out of her way to help! She discounted the items about 50% and said that she understood what this meant to these children. She showed great empathy. I did not expect to meet such a caring person on the staff.

Nice target, always seems well stocked and not crowded when we go on a weekday. Staff are friendly. The cart escalator is fun!
