Love this store. Clean, neat and well stocked. Friendly, helpful staff.

Always has been a great place to shop very nice clean friendly helpful atmosphere.

Food city has pretty good sales and great selection.

Good store to shop and save on fuel, they are doing a hiring session September 9th in morning. They are still hiring.

Clean environment and quality merchandise. Also a good "go to" place for those hard to find rare ingredients. Watch their ads for special sales.

I love Food City in Colonial Heights! People that work there are so helpful and nice. Rarely do I have to stand in line there. They are ready to open another register if you get to the front of the store. Always fresh vegetables and their meat is always fresh. Very nice and helpful people are there to help in anyway. Thank you Food City.

Not as big and nice as the newer one farther down Fort Henry but is nice and clean and more convenient for people living in Colonial Heights. Generally cheaper thank Ingles as well.

I have always lived foodcity. They always have what we need & usually you can find a good deal. But RACHEL the young lady that works in the deli is rude. Went there Friday February 4th 2022 and I was standing there waiting on her to ask me if she could help me after a minute or two I asked if she could help me since she wasn't gonna ask me & her response was I didnt know what you wanted well duh you didn't ask me. I got a half pound of white American cheese cut on the number 2 setting and she was just hateful. When I got the chess home & opened it up it look horrible the way she cut it. I will post a picture with this review. To me if you don't like your job good enough to do it & do it right then it's time to quit

Great store layout. Everything is pretty easy to find and if you need to stop an employee to ask questions they are so nice and helpful. Great store!

Great meats. A little pricey in some products. The 5 for $19.99 in the meat department is a good deal. You will at least save $5-10.

I have the Ibotta app for cash back that has my value card already scanned which sis very nice. Food City has great sales on Fridays and their Midnight madness sales are great besides the crowd. But they have gotten better with staffing for those busy days. Its a convenient location and I can get my prescriptions filled at their pharmacy while I shop.

Absolutely fabulous experience! I was in about 8:15ish PM. Store was extremely clean! They have masks for free if you forget yours. (These days that'd be like forgetting your bra 😂) Young lady in the meat department was an absolute angel! I think her name was Tara? Then! Hunter my cashier was a wonderful young man. He rang me up, carrierd on very nice conversation, and bagged my groceries! Not like the other young folks on the register who are usually too busy talking amongst themselves to acknowledge their customer. (That would be my only complaint)

You can always find what you need.i stop going to wal Mart because you can't find añything . There's always be someone to talk to Everyone is so friendly.a must try store.If you haven't been able to go yet please do you will be glad you did

Never disappointed. Everything is fresh from veggies, fruit meats, eggs, bread, and more. My happy shopping grocery store.

Good prices, and a surprising amount of local produce in season. They don't have the selection of dune other grocery stores. But they have a great butcher and thier fuel rewards will have you swearing off other gas stations. On my go to list for grocery stores.

Shop at this store almost always. Very convenient and the ladies work in the front are nice, friendly, and pretty. You can tell they know their job. I would give those ladies because they always ask if I found everything I needed. Very helpful.
