Pizza by the Sea at Gulf Place

Stopped by for lunch today. First time visiting this restaurant. Took the stairs around back. They had a sign that stated they had an elevator inside for patrons to use who need to. The patio was nice. The waitress was friendly and helpful. The food wasld good and fresh. The pizza temp was hot and ready to eat! Good flavor and priced just right!

Tyler (the cashier) was SOOO kind and attentive. And Dustin made the best pizza and was so nice as well!!

We got the White Veggie pizza with chicken and Chipotle Ranch added and it was amazing.

We got a large Kickin’ Chicken and, even though they were wrapped up with take out orders and other dine in customers, they had our pizza out within 15 minutes! The pizza was delicious! They only have outside seating, but they rolled down the porch covers behind us and turned on a propane heater for us so that we could eat in comfort on a brisk November night! Remember that you have to go up to the counter to order. Alex was great and so was the other staff member we encountered.

Pizza by the Sea is always delicious! The crust is perfectly thick (not a mouthful of dough and not too floppy to hold the toppings). They use quality ingredients and it shows. I go with the standard crust, but my wife loves the cauliflower crust. Kids can get their own little pizzas or noodles with a meatball.

We love Pizza by the Sea! It’s always our first meal when we get to the beach every year. I’m surprised by all the recent bad reviews.. our pizza was as delish as always! Staff was friendly and wait was short. Didn’t know they had cookies, but they were amazing! Will def be back again before we leave to go home.

Alexus was so attentive and catered to our every need. Consistently checked in on us and made sure we were doing good. Fast service. Friendly staff. Amazing. Will be returning and referring anyone I know looking for good pizza in this area. Thank you Alexus!

Stopped in to grab dinner and decided on the spaghetti and meatball pizza. I mean... that's a great concept and ended up being a great meal. Service was friendly and food came out hot and fresh... grabbed a box Togo and caught the sunset on the beach nearby... great place that fits the area and lifestyle. Don't miss it!

It's a wonderful little place to enjoy a nice lunch out in a comfortable breeze.
They have a gluten friendly crust as well as a cauliflower crust.
Although the the no noodle lasagna bowl looked very greasy it surprisingly was not and extremely good. Enjoy!!

Wonderful place to get a good slice! The triple bypass is the meat lovers! Highly recommend if you’re in the gulf place area! Ask for Alexus! She is very sweet and will take care of you!

We ate here during our recent vacation. It was so good, we came back one more time before we left. We love everything about PBTS. THE BEST pizza, great atmosphere. My only complaint is that they don't deliver to MInnesota. Go! You will not regret it!

As someone who has pizza multiple times weekly I can say I am VERY picky about where I get it from- I’m am so glad I decided to stop by Pizza by the Sea. The atmosphere isn’t too overwhelming and the customer service is top notch- Shout out to Alex Gilman** who was amazingly helpful and patient with me. We will be visiting again I couldn’t recommend any better place to try- especially if you’re visiting the area.

Greatest place on 30a for Pizza! Great lunch special. So if your looking for good food while on vacation or if your a local who dont know about this, come check them out! I can assure you, you won't go wrong!

I was there last night and it was amazing. Great service and friendly faces. That sweet young lady Ashley was very helpful.

My family of five shared an order of cheese sticks and a large pizza. This was by far the cheapest meal we had at 50 bucks and the best food we had all week. The marinara sauce that came with it was the best I have ever had. They changed my mind on seafood only at the beach. Will come here every time.

Some of the best pizza we have ever had, simple ingredients and delicious dough. This isn’t exactly a an indoor restaurant at this location, more a patio, so it is hot and humid. We dined in and did to go over the week we where there since it was just across from our vrbo. It was faster to eat on location, take out times where usually pretty long. The kids working there where really busting butt to keep up, but you could tell they could use more staff to keep up given the high traffic location.

Ordered some pizzas for takeout. This was at dinner time in a busy vacation season, so we had to wait about an hour, but it was worth it. We loved the Bleating Heart and the Rabbit Food. Kids got one “personal” pepperoni, and it fed 3 of them. We had a few other customized pizzas, and they got the order exactly right. Tasted great!

Love eating here at least once on every visit to 30a. There can be a long wait at times but no problem if you plan accordingly. Great pizza.

Super yummy. Love their crust and sauce. They load up on the cheese too.
