Advertised one price on the sign and the pump showed 30 cents higher. Went in to speak with manager and was told “too bad” - not honoring advertised price.

The store in Richmond Hill, GA 2281 US-17 Clearly need’s new management! The manager “Donnie” is rude and unprofessional. Flirty with the men, and nasty with most women. I will not waste my money, or time in that ignorant establishment!

Wow. Your new stores look great. But y’all must have really phoned it in with the rude employees. I love being told to get the F*ck on by one employee while trying to go through a car wash while the other one was rude to my wife. Canceled my monthly wash pass. Will not return to embarket. I hope y’all go under.

Lazy worker refused to help with lottery tickets bc other cashier closed or her till and left early.... say what? Awful business... need to clean house and hire people that want to work.

On February 21, 2018 around 10:15, I was taking my husband for eye surgery and still had an hour before his procedure. We decided to go through the car wash on Waters Avenue to get the pollen off the car. I drove through the carwash and then straight to his appointment. After the procedure, I got him home and noticed that there was a large area of paint missing right above the back driver door when I went to remove some items. I walked around the vehicle and found several areas where the paint had been removed on the doors, back panel and roof. I immediately called the corporate office and was told I would need to go back to the store where it happened and file a claim. I did and Sandybell came out and took pictures. She was very apologetic and asked me to email her a copy of my insurance card (which I thought was strange). I was told I would be contacted by their insurance company. I received one call from a woman that asked me if I got any estimates for repair. I told her I had not and was told that an adjuster would contact me. That was the beginning of March. I have not heard anything. I have sent emails to the store, called corporate office and even contacted my insurance company for assistance but we have been ignored. I understand that things happen but this is unacceptable.

Poor management rude staff filthy store DHEC needs to get involved

Cashier at location 880 in sc, is very rude not one time did she greet me, she was rude too slam my tickets on the counter, and was on her cell phone the whole time with headphones in her ear. Bathroom nasty and dont have any tissue, cups around soda fountains, trash outside over filled.

HORRIBLE company! When they bought out Clydes here in Statesboro several months ago, it went all down hill- 3-4 established white employees of Clydes disappeared after the take over, prices sky-rocketed. Now they have employed all african Americans, no white people at all even now- my neighbor, who is qualified for a job there and is white, applied for a job there 4 different times over a 6 month period and was ignored even though they have fired numerous black employees, the manager always hires african Americans; then I noticed that the "new" manager is an african American also- Recently also found out that when they took over Clydes, they told the current Clyde employees that they would not be getting paid the same amount as their new hires would be getting paid which was a significantly higher amount! This is all REVERSE DISCRIMINATION! I suggest the corp office look into this before the public is informed! NO REASON FOR THIS- I am no longer a customer of this crooked company no matter what inconvenience it is

Two different calls to the corporate office about a local store problem went unreturned. Even though the receptionist said they would be. This company definitely needs some managerial class to facilitate the image the owners would like to project. And they need a training class at the corporate office called " the difference between company property and public property and why it matters".

The manager Johnathan at the enmarket on Mlk is very disrespectful and he doesn't know how to talk to his employees with any respect I was there when one of the employees wasn't feeling very well and when he came in for her he acted like he had an attitude they exchanged some words and the young lady quit

Seriously rude cashiers there, they need to qit iding 40 and up people and learn the law. I'm shopping elsewhere not to mention they barely are friendly there.
