Miguel Andonie gave excellent customer service with my headlight replacement. He went over and beyond by making sure my headlight was in correctly. We need more Miguel’s in this world!

I came to this store a few weeks ago because my check engine light had turned on. They checked it for me for free and cleared any worries! They told me what part I needed to purchase to fix it, but were honest in telling me it wasn't something that needed to be fixed ASAP. I could tell they were being genuinely helpful and not just looking to make a quick buck.

I came in for a battery and brake pads and had no idea what kind I was looking for. Christina greeted me with a smile and eased my concerns. She promptly found everything I was looking for and more. All while making me laugh and brightening my day. As far as I could tell, everyone at this store genuinely cares for their customers and thoroughly enjoy what they do. I highly recommend a visit!

Bobbi was AMAZING! She was so wonderful to my family, helped us through every step of the way on figuring out the problem and how to solve it. I’ve never met someone so kind and so willing to help customers without hesitation. Thank you Bobbi!

Had an issue when a bolt flew off the alternator and when we stopped to check on it, saw that the wiring had been chewed. 8/3/23 @ 11:30am We were an hour from home and stopped at AutoZone for parts. The staff was wonderful. They assisted my husband in finding the parts he needed and then jumpstarted the dually as the battery hadn't been charging due to the alternator. It was pretty hot and I was sitting in the truck. The gentleman (wished I had gotten his name) invited me into the air conditioned store and got me a chair so I could wait comfortably.

The customer service was outstanding and we were able to get home. This kindness made a bad situation so much better.

I purchased a battery from Auto Zone in Garden City, GA. Associate named Dom help me. I offered him money to install the battery, but he declined. Dom said it was his job to take good care of the customer. He provided excellent customer service and did so with a smile.

I went in for a much-needed window shade and other stuff to keep the ride tidy. This location is convenient, and the young lady who assisted me was so sweet. She went out of her way to help me find silicone-free tire shine.

Anthony the assistant store manager waited on me,came off break to do it,he was courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and enthusiastic. He installed a battery for me and advised me to purchase need screws for my post because my old ones were stripped. In the sweltering heat he navigated all obstacles ( stubborn screw/post over the battery that had to be removed) without complaint or excuse. He exemplifies the Excellency of his craft. He's an asset to your company.

Went in a rush to get wipers for my Honda Civic, Don was there with the type of wipers I needed and even installed them. Awesome job Don.

A few weeks ago I had to purchase a new battery for my Range Rover Discovery. Didn’t realize we didn’t have the tools at home to change the battery out. Went to Autozone and asked if they could assist and the store manager Ms. Jihada went above and beyond to change our battery. There was ALOT involved in changing it and it wasn’t exactly cool outside.
There was an older gentleman who worked in the store I think his name was Mr. Al. he was friendly, funny and helpful.
Again, great service and hopefully your company recognizes your value!!

Benjamin was amazing! After spending most of my day with a broken down car I wheeled into Auto Zone and met the one honest, quality guy in Savannah! He was highly informed about his job, offered excellent service and calmed my nerves! He earned my business for life!!!

It's rare running across people that are so kind. I stopped into the Auto Zone on Hwy 80 in Garden City on my way to work this morning because I needed a tag light after being pulled over by the Police. I was so fortunate to have Michael George wait on me not only did he sell me the light he was so kind as to install it for me. He was very kind and polite. Thank You Auto Zone...

I came here for a car battery replacement, and the product seemed to be a relatively good price and the service was pretty quick!
