Goodness, gracious. Thank God for these people and their gadgets. Told me exactly what was wrong and advised me on what to do. Angela Thomas and Ganarvis are the best. Very knowledgeable and spot on. Thanks to them... I'm on the Road Again in my Willie Nelson voice.

Chris the general manager was extremely helpful and provided great service I came back again to buy a part and Christine the other manager over parts was extremely knowledgeable , considerate and friendly. Even though garden city is out of my way I’ll definitely come here anytime I need car parts because they provide the best prices and service. Thank you guys for making my scary problematic day worth it 😂

TJ and Shannon will make sure you get taken care of! I needed a new battery and ended up coming on a busy evening. I was able to buy the new battery and when it came to installing it, my terminals were EXTREMELY corroded. It took both of them (while taking care of other people) over an hour and a half and it was chilly too, so I can only imagine how their fingers felt. It even got to the point where should they not be able to replace it, they were making sure that I was going to be able to get home safely. It didn’t need to get to that point, but that alone is above and beyond.

Big al pampers his customers had to get 6 things of def fluid and he put them on a cart and put them in the truck AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE

I just wanted to give a huge shout out, and a big thanks to TJ @ the Garden City store. I didn't think customer care and service was still available in this day and time. TJ was very informative/informational. TJ helped me with the correct parts that were needed to repair my 1999 Jeep Wrangler
TJ(just a coincidence) if each and every one of Advance would have atleast one TJ in it. Yall would be absolutely the best parts store in the world. It only takes one person to make or break a business. TJ is Advance Auto's ultimate weapon. Keep up your hard work and dedication to customer satisfaction sir.

This technician was so knowledgeable and helpful. Parts that were not in stock, he was able to get them in from another store in less than two hours.

Jay is the best! I needed a battery after work and I went to auto zone. I didn't have anyone to install it at the moment. They told me they couldn't and I would have to bring the old one back for core charge. I called advance and Jay quoted me a reasonable price on top of free installation! She was very knowledgeable, efficient, and hilarious 😂. She made my frustrating day a lot better! I definitely will be using advance auto for my future car needs!

We went here after my check engine light came on at the end of the day during a road trip in hopes that they could assist with mechanic recommendations/general auto knowledge. We werent disappointed. The employee present, whose name I regrettably forget, scanned my car for a diagnosis and called a nearby mechanic and gave us his number for us despite it being nearly 8:30pm. She additionally offered to stay slightly past closing time in the event the mechanic told us we needed any parts for the car that the store might have. Her kindness and helpfulness have not gone forgotten and we are very grateful that we stopped at this specific Advance Auto Parts!!

Jihada is outstanding! While out of town, my check engine light came on so I stopped in and had J pull the codes. It turned out to be a sensor and she helped me find and choose the right part. She then pulled up some DIY videos which we watched together and then went and pointed things out on my truck. I needed some additional tools and she helped me choose the right ones and we even watched another video on how to change the sensor. She went way beyond just selling me a part and I truly felt like she was engaged in fixing my truck as much as I was. J demonstrated excellent customer service and was a pleasure to talk with. The gentleman( I didn't catch his name) working with her that day was also extremely nice and a joy to talk with. Normally out of town car troubles would ruin the day but these 2 made it so much easier and I'm glad I chose their store. Thank you both from your friend in Columbia, SC.

The customer service is decent, I understand they are short staffed and still working hard to help their customers. The staff was nice although the location isn’t the most desirable but I was able to have my parts in hand within a reasonable amount of time, the free services being put off is disappointing but it is understanding ( especially during this COVID event) But it’s a clean store with a good staff and I appreciate their help with getting me the parts I needed. The only problem I had were the other individuals purchasing parts and how incredibly rude they were, cutting the line, making a scene and overall being difficult and ignorant. Again not a desirable location (Garden city) but still worth the trouble if you want the parts you need in a manageable amount of time.

I just moved from out of state to Georgia and need to replace rotors and pads which has warranty.i have tried several times to call stores where i have purchased parts and they have difficulty finding history of purchased parts from their stores. finally I called garden city stores and was able to speak with respected Dear Jihada B. Manager of the store. First time I spoke with her on the phone and she is very very helpful to listening my concern and helped me right away saying please come to the store as we have all parts ready for you and I went to Store today and she spent time to find out all my details and provide me parts along with refund. Jihada has provided me best of the best customer care services with great heart and devotion and also find proper place to fix the problem around area.she has shown selfless love and devotion to her work and evry one who come to the store with great care. with grace of God we always like to say thanks to her and owner of the store to keep her and provide best resources to her to serve our community.
we are happy today and surely recommended Jihada and garden city Advance auto to evry one as they are the best in savannah Georgia.

Great help. Didn't have the part I needed but they were able to send me to a location that as did. They were also able to help me with the problem and fix it beyond what I had discovered. Overall very satisfied.
