Very prompt service! For being 45 min away. Gentlemen was very polite and had me back inside within minutes. Definitely recommend their services ! And very affordable compared to the other places I called.. I know who to call again if I need a locksmith!

Fairy priced and the to kiosk is easy to use. One observation is that the “status” of the key being made is in small print at the bottom of the screen. That should be front and center.

I wanted a key for my son so I went to kroger and they point me to the key me machine. It's was so quick and simple like it took I'll say 3 to 4 minutes to copy my key and it gave you a lot of different design options. I love everything about it. I couldn't wait to try it in the door let me tell you it was a perfect fit I love it.

My mom had a medically emergency and left her home key in her house. We finally had her apartment complex unlock the door and then I took her original home key and came back to Kroger‘s and use the Keyme kiosk and made six additional keys for the family and for the apartment complex as well very fast and convenient. Thank you so much for this great sensational idea. !

Overall it was a good experience. I'm not sure what the $2.99 up charge was to make it a smoother key. I think that should be standard. The key fit perfect!

The customer service person I spoke with by phone before going to the kiosk was awesome!! As a senior I was a bit concerned since this was new technology for me. But everything went just as he explained and the screen prompts guided me through the process. Shared experience with neighbors. Excellent, professional, personable service representative!!

Very interesting way to make a key. Also very convenient

After leaving the register at Kroger we stopped at KeyMe. My house key was bent so I needed to replace it and one for my daughter. We had never used the kiosk before and weren’t sure if we’d know how to use it, but it was so easy! Just followed the easy to understand instructions. I will use it again anytime a new key is needed. We were surprised that you can also use it for key fobs!!

Walmart was fine. Your machine I noticed a lot of salesmen ship. That’s fine. BUT
you could make the experience simpler I’m 62.
