Absolutely amazing experience. You can tell the owner and his staff really care about what they do and who they do it for. Treated my wife and I really really well and sent us on our way very happy.
The sandals themselves are about on the same level as their customer service. Once I broke them in after a couple days, my feet miss them when I'm not in them.

Make it a point to stop here

Must place for Birkenstocks!! Big selection of as many styles you can think of! They also have clothing and purses. Highly recommend and will always get our Birkenstocks here 🛍

I went into Birkenstock NW around 11am, and Cali was my customer service rep. The store was a bit busy, but soon thinned out. Cali was absolutely delightful, informative and accommodating. She helped me try on over 5 pairs of birks! For my first pair, the choice was a process, but I love my decision! Thanks, Cali!🤙

Visited this store for the first time today. Callie helped me by measuring my feet, both of them, and also had a lot of info about Birk’s; how they fit, etc. I found 2 pair I liked right away, but only purchased 1 for now. They had a tent outside with even more styles and colors of Birks and other brands. All the staff were really friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely be back for that other pair and more!! They also have other brands…I saw Hey Dude, Keen, Frye but there are many more. Thank you

If you haven't stopped in a checked this place out you 100% need to. Great selection on work boots! Plus many many other types of shoes and active wear. The service was the best and they took the time to make sure I got the correct boot! Will definatly recommend to everyone.

I made a bad judgment call on my shoe size purchase (totally my bad) and brought my shoes in a couple days later after testing them out to exchange. The gals that helped me during my exchange were so sweet and amazing couldn’t recommend enough!!!!

This was one of the better experiences I have had buying shoes. Super friendly, HELPFUL and attentive staff! I found their prices comparable to other places! Best part is, I left with a brand new pair of Birkenstocks that are reminiscent of my very first pair! Thank you!!

We’re visiting from Georgia and walked into the sweetest environment. The store looks small on the outside but looks are deceiving. The store is full of beautiful attire for both men and women. The staff is very friendly and helpful. If you’re in the area, take the time to check them out. Highly recommend.

Huge selection, not just birks, great customer service, worth the drive.

Amazing people to assist you. I was lost and frustrated. I have stupid big feet. They helped me find shoes that fit, were comfortable, and I recommend everyone go here to get yourself some foot comfort!

Popped in on a weekday afternoon expecting a quiet shop and it was bustling! Very well stocked selection, great location, and Lauren was exceptional at helping fit me for a pair of Blundstone boots— classic PNW style. I will definitely continue to shop with this business.

Went to this amazing store today and the customer service was amazing. The staff helped my wife find exactly what she was looking for. The attention they pay to there customers is like non other. And when we checked out the owner Brian helped us and he told me "I might own the place but I work for you". I've never had a business owner tell me that and actually mean it. Will definitely be back for more and am going to recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you Brian!!!😁

Brian and crew are the best. I went in telling Brian I wanted some hiking shoes for daily walks/hikes and he found me some I really liked. Good quality and a recognized brand. He suggested a totally different size than I have ever worn, but he was right on and I purchased them. They ended up having an issue with cracking and I brought them back in. I found a different type that was equally as comfortable and am totally happy with them.

It is so much nicer to have a person to talk to about a problem than to have to ship something back to a faceless company and hope they honor their warranty promises.

I highly recommend Birkenstock NW for whatever brand of shoes you are looking for! They also carry socks and many other items. You won’t believe how much cool stuff they pack into that building. Check it out!
