Tulip Fields...

This is my go-to place each year to get my tulip picture fix. While the rest of the world is flocking to the big-box tulip fields, I prefer this one. There are fewer crowds, and no tickets are needed for entry. On the other hand, if you want food vendors, activities, and other festivities, you won't find them in this field. A quiet little place to tip-toe through the tulips.

Don’t let the rain stop you! While the weather isn’t “Instagram” worthy, the flowers certainly are. And it couldn’t have been easier! Bring your umbrella and go get your pick of a beautiful assortment/variety of tulips. We were the only people there, and my little girls (1 & 3) had the best time running around helping me pick the prettiest flowers.

I was also impressed how well kept and tidy the paths were in the field - despite it raining on us the entire time, it wasn’t super muddy! (Sand is covering the ground between the rows of flowers, not sticky mud)

We came home with tulips in various stages of bloom - so while some are completely open after 5 days, others are just now opening.

Do bring cash for the U-Pick field. $0.50 per stem. Beyond worth it in my opinion.

A beautiful garden! It is smaller than Wooden Shoe or Skagit Valley, but I personally prefer it that way. It offers a gorgeous show garden, and an abundance of options in u-pick garden. It was a perfect way to spend an Easter morning/afternoon. I only wish they had variety names by each row of tulips in a show garden. We usually visit gardens like that to explore options for our garden at home, and it's very useful to know what we are seeing.

We visited here on April 25, 2021. I thought it was great that their was a u-pick Tulip garden with flowers .50 cents each. The show garden had some amazing tulips. Some were very unique and fancy with frills and multiple colors. I miss when the store was open but it was still worth a visit.

TMobile Service works here. I love how small this is. They have a “show garden” with wonderful, colorful Tulips and they have another garden when you can “Pick” your own Tulips for .50cents each and you pay on an honor system. Plenty of parking. please be respectful and not step on the flowers.

Farm like setting with two separate fields. One field is for just viewing several dozen Tulip varieties. The other field is filled with various tulips that are available for picking at $.50 apiece. You don’t get to remove the actual bulb, just the flower.

This tulip farm is small, but it’s definitely worth it! Really pretty flowers and not to crowded. We go every year and are not disappointed! They are getting smaller and smaller fields, which is sad. But flowers are still pretty.

Late bloom this year but worth the wait. Awesome colors, best time to visit I'd during the week very busy Saturday.

We enjoy coming here to see the tulip fields each spring. Parking is free, and there is a u-pick field as well. Less crowded at the end of the day.

Pretty little show garden. Also a "you pick" section. Great for photos of friends and family and flowers. Might want to wear your boots...kind of muddy. Folks in the gift shop are very pleasant and helpful!

Beautiful tulips in all different colors. It's free to look but you can but cut flowers.

The best thing is its free and you still get to enjoy tulip blooms! And they have u pick option too!

They always have such beautiful tulips and daffodils. The Tulip Festival is always a mist see.

This is the right timing to visit here!
Please make sure to practice social distancing while seeing beautiful tulips!

Excellent plants and great staff who are always helpful with tips on keeping your plants healthy. I've even picked up potted flowers and bulbs in the winter for gifts.

I love how these tulips were planted in such a way the colors in the near rows compliment and coordinate. This place is a lovely place to go.

I want to thank Woodlands Holland America tulip farm for their generosity in sharing their beautiful flowers with medical facilities. I only work one day a week at an eye clinic. When I walked into work yesterday, there were vases if beautiful tulips on every desk too.i understand that the Tulip farm shared their beautiful flowers with medical facilities everywhere. What a refreshing, beautiful sign ifsign if hope that spring brings amidst this troubling time

What can I say about this local botanical beauty. The show flower section has a diverse selection of tropical variegated Tulips. The "U-Pick" section was very helpful in applying my recent study of plant and tree health to the field. While its understandable due to the amount of foot traffic, there was signs of extreme Potassium and Nitrogen deficiency in some of the Judith Leyster. My only recommendation would be to harden this variety off a little bit longer to adapt to the sandy soil. It would be nice if barb wire wasn't at children eye height as well.
