I was able to get a same day appointment which was so convenient. Destiny was great and so helpful! She really knew the store and inventory and pulled the perfect dresses that fit my style. I’m in love with my dress! I’m so happy with my decision!

I really had a good experience at the Long Beach David' s Bridal my first encounter was with associate Alexis L she was very nice greeted me as soon as I arrived and asked if I needed help. She then guided me to the item I was looking for and assisted me with different sizes she also took all the items to the dressing room for me. She had great communication skills and her customer service is great. I also had a great experience with MaryAnn B the supervisor of alterations she was very nice and polite and she even went out of her way to accommodate the date I need my suit. She is one of the most polite and sweet supervisors I ever meet and her team is great with alterations very satisfied my suit was even pressed. I would recommend this location to anyone that needs a dress or suit for a special occasion.

I worked with Kohper to find my dress and she was amazing! She was so kind and helpful and helped me find the perfect dress that was so flattering on my body type. Everyone else in the store was also very nice throughout my time there. I’m so glad I chose this David’s Bridal location.

I walked in the Long Beach store desperate and crying with a dress way too big that arrived way too late with the wedding 2 weeks away!! Expecting them to turn me away, they took me as a walk-in and I will be picking the dress up in ONE WEEK!! Destiny and Tabby were beyond helpful and supportive of my situation. Ms. Hortensia agreed the make the alterations for me. She was kind, understanding and quite knowledgeable with the process!! My stress has been lifted!! ♥♥

Tabby was my alteration specialist for the day! She was amazing and explaining so well about each cost for my alterations and was very thorough and patient with me! She was awesome and I love coming here in the LB location as everyone is so friendly and helpful!

Mary was very helpful and patient with me. She asked me many questions to try to understand my style. I love that she suggested many dresses and let me try all of them. She really tried to to get the dress delivered as soon as possible, seeing that my date was coming up really soon. Everything about my visit here was comfortable and not pressured at all. Not only did she help me find the dress, but she got me an almost immediate appointment to get the dress altered with their amazing alteration team. I came back here to get my alterations done, and this location never fails to exceed my expectations! Tabby helped me directly with my alterations appointment, and she was so attentive and immediately made me feel at ease. It was just warm, positive, and comforting energy throughout the appointment, and it felt like having a friend help me! Then Heather helped pin me in and was very thorough with my hem. She is such an easy person to talk to and very funny, too! Thank you to Tabby, Heather, and Deborah for your excellent teamwork and taking care of your brides. You rock!

I picked up my wedding dress today! I had a wonderful experience from start to end.

Melissa found _the_ dress and shoes almost immediately, but patiently found additional options until I made a final decision.

I especially want to thank Mary Ann. I am clueless when it comes to clothes, so it felt nice to be able to rely on her expertise. She explored different lengths and fabrics we could use to create a detachable modesty piece -- she ended up designing one from the leftover fabric trimmed off my dress! A second seamstress (apologies, I forgot her name) provided her input as well.

Overall, it was a very warm and empowering experience. Thank you all!

Mary was very efficient and kind. She ended up pulling dresses for me that matches the styles that I was hoping for. Not only did she go above and beyond and running around the store pulling dresses, but was able to clip me and ask me questions. She also helped me get a discount which was a huge added bonus! Overall, great!!

Jenifer and Angela were great! We walked in without an appointment and these ladies were attentive and helpful helping me find the perfect bridesmaid dress. Angela was clear and concise in the ordering process. Jenifer was sweet and gave good input in the style I was looking for. The store has a wide variety of dresses at GREAT prices!!!

Best experience ever. We had been looking for a mother of the bride dress and really struggling. My mom was feeling self conscious. In addition, she has been struggling with some mobility issues so she was worried about taking too long to try things on. Jennifer was out helper for the day and she really helped to put my mom at easy and made sure we had plenty of time to try on. She picked flattering styles, gave great advice, but most importantly helped to make the experience fun! We are so thankful for your help Jennifer!
